Senthil : Ex-lover of Paramu. He cheats her.
Mahanadhi Sivashangkar as Neliandavar : Kamu and Paramu's father-in-law, a man who is portrayed as rough before Moorthy's marriage, but softens after his son's marriage.
Neelavathi : Neliandavar's wife.
Moorthy : Neliandavar and Neelavathi's second son and Kamu's husband. He woes Kamu to marry her. But as time passes he holds no respect for her. Now, he is being with Kamu.
Ramesh : Neliandavar and Neelavathi's third son and husband of Paramu.
Jeganathan : Malar's Father.
Prasad: A new character from Malaysia and currently living with his step-mother and step-father in India who is very dearly to Prasad. He is the first-born child of Sokkalingam and Meenakshi which themselves doesn't know that Prasad is their son as well as Prasad too. Prasad is now a family-friend to Sokkalingam's family and recently decides to marry Maha
