Its Confirmed that Alisha aka Neha has left D3 with her Last Episode Aired on 9 August 2013 AND 12 aug 2013

Kindly keep All Discussions regarding Alisha leaving D3 hear only...

will miss u more than i have missed anything on D3 Alisha di... with every girl that leaves, my heart breaks a little more... but with u leaving i'm scared that i will never be able to put my heart back together again...

u already know how much u mean to me di... i tell u every single day... n that is NEVER going to change even though u have left the show...

u will always be my dancing diva di... and i wish u all the very best in you life... i know that u will become such an amazing star... even bigger than u are now... cant wait to see u on other shows soon... lots if love di, always

I'm guessing it has something to do with the one month Ukraine trip that came up in the TOI article where it says she is going with Shakti and Vinti to learn dance. Probably they wrapped up her character because of it...

I wish she wasn't leaving though, the whole Babu-Kagu/Archie-Alisha bond always was the cutest and funniest bond. It seems like everyone is leaving D3. 😭
