Time slot for IPKKND ???

Friends, I saw the promo saying the IPKNND-2 will be aired at 6 pm.

Hey at least someone is happy for the 6 pm slot like me as it does not matter I am not in India but wish there were no trps etc just rate the shows for their story line realistic or not and how good the actors,how good the creators editors directors etc are 

So does 6 PM IST mean 5:30 AM PST??
