After its reality experiment fiasco, Zee TV is all set to remove the show Connected Hum Tum'. Although the show started two months back, it did not do much to garner decent TRP's. Replacing the show is a newbie in pipeline, called Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi'.

The promo of the show looks fresh and definitely inspiring. Seen in the new show will be Ulka Gupta, who is all set to make a commercial come back after her historical stint with Jhansi ki Rani'. She's all cheerful and optimistic about her character in the show. She will be seen playing the role of Ami, a lead protagonist in the show.

Ami is shown as a fatherless child, living with her widow mother, younger sister, dadi and naani. She struggles to cope with her studies, life and everything, post her father's sudden demise. Her struggle is what will be interesting in the show. Also her relationships, including the growing equation with her step father, who becomes her support system eventually, will be an interesting watch. Ulka Gupta seems to be all excited about her role, as it's quite different from what she is in real life.

Also Gautami Kapoor will be seen in show after a long hiatus. She will be playing the role of Ami's mother and a widow. Gautami Kapoor, better known as Ram Kapoor's wife, is all set to make a comeback since  Kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi'. We hope as a mother in real life, she will be able to emanate the naturalness to her role to perfection. The actor was heard quoting in an interview that the show will have fewer amounts of melodrama and artificialness, making the show looks as natural as possible. She does look promising and the audience has no doubts about the actor's histrionics at all.

Although, the channels are now getting better with shows and with the element of naturalness in them, it's still a long way before the audience bids the melodramatic ones goodbye. With Bade Achhe lagte hain' and Jee Le Zara's' success, it might be a possibility to even witness Khelti's' success in due time.

The show is all set to go on air on 9th September, 2013. Share your Views, Reviews, Comments and Suggestions about this show on Twitter-iDubba and set reminders for your favorite shows on iDubba app.
