The food there is home made which means less eating outside. according to my trainer no eating after 8pm and before 4 am so bad timing😆.. you can only drink herbal tea between these hours..(i know what you have to say but..)
Soda is chemicals diet or not
Popcorns have extra salt or sugar.. bad for health.. if you pop your corn yourself then it is healthy.. still you cant have it at 1 am.😆
Not having dinner is healthy provided you eat breakfast within one hour of waking up
not having 8 hour sleep is extramely unhealthy and awake at 1:30 am? .. you know better
