Episode starts with the Principal announcing the problem between the
mangement. He asks the students to join Govt college or Private college
as they dont have any hope of opening this college again. Students feel
sad that their families had suffered a lot for this engineering seat now
all their efforts are in vain. They start worrying about their end of
career and life. Deepa and Thulasi hears it and feels dejected. Thulasi
starts crying thinking about their helpless situation. Deepa convince
her and takes her home.
TA comes in when his employees talk about the loss. They blame the sudden growth and thinks about leaving the job. TA comes at the correct time and shouts at him for talking useless about the company. TA accuse their selfishness on the profit share of the company. He argues with them about the profitability of the other companies. He says employees like them should share the gain and loss of the company instead of pushing it to the owners.They should really show gratitude to the company which had been once their mode of survival instead of cheating it midway. He calls them as opportunists who were looking after the company's gain only. Prabha overhears the speech. TA continues to tell them how they could think about the owners would ditch them for their salary. HE says he would sacrifice anything to pay them their salaries but where did the trust factor vanish on them? He is disappointed with the employees and asks them to leave and collect their final settlement. Prabha intervenes and cools TA down. He asks employees to continue work.

He doesnt want her to go for job. His tension is due to his wife not listening to him. Thats the reason for his outburst to the employees. PRabha convince him saying his akka wont talk like tht. IT should be Deepa's instigation behind this. He infers some cases where they had argument on this matter before. He feels happy that TA resigned his bank job as they can concentrate on their business more. Prabha boosts up his morale and express his confidence on TA. TA thanks him.
