Heart touching story of Jhonson Philips

It was time for the 5th week of Kaun Banega Maha Crorepati. And time to celebrate Gandhi Jayanti on Kaun Banega Crorepati sets. The viewers did witness a wonderful performance on the song "Bande me tha dum Vande Mataram". Even Amitabh Bachchan was seen humming patriotic lines for Mahatma Gandhi. The entire episode was interesting and it had some tough questions too.

The 12th episode started with Deepika Chaudhary who was the roll over contestant and she was all set to play Kaun Banega Crorepati. She was challenged by some tough questions such as "The parents of which of these presidents were former prime minster of the same country?", Thailand Ratchanok Intanon become the youngest women singles winner, in the world Championship of which sports in august 2013 and couple of such difficult questions. But Deepika Chaudhary managed to give the right answers and in the end she did win 6,40,000.

In the same episode Rohit Prakash Saxena did manage to impress the audience with his right answers. He soon was all set to answer the 1,25,000. The Question was a tough one - Who wrote the lyrics of the Ghazal 'Chupke Chupke Raat Din Aansoo Bahana Yaad Hai"? A) Hasrat Mohani B) Hasrat Jaipuri C) Faiz Ahmad Faiz D) Qamar Jalalabadi. He was not able to answer and did not want to take a risk, hence he quit the game. The right answer was Hasrat Mohani.

The 13th Episode started with fastest finger contest. After 3 questions, Sumit Kumar Sinha was the one who had managed to get to the hot seat. He too had got some interesting questions such as - "The United Nations had adopted 2013 as the International
year of which food.", Who is the first captain to win all the ICC trophies Word T20 world cup and champions trophy? And so on. Sumit Kumar Sinha in the end managed to win3,20,000 and had to quit as he ran out of life lines. Hence there was yet another fastest finger contest and Deepa Sharma managed to win it.

In the 14th Eposide, Deepa Sharma had managed to win 6,40,000 and was all set to answer the next question. The question was "Which of these chief ministers was a high court judge before entering active politics?" She did take audience poll, but this time the audience was wrong, and she had to settle with 640000. The right answer was Vijay Bahuguna.

The next contestant was a 30 years old from Manipur Jhonson Philips. He was accompanied by the Deputy Editor of Aaj Tak- Sumit Awasthi.

Johnson revealed to Mr. Bachchan that he was 18 years when he fell victim to cross firing in Manipur. The incident took place on 20 September in the year 1999. Due to delay in his operation his lower part of the body got totally paralyzed. He added that he has been in pain since 13-14 years, and he is now living on pain killers. Also due to the intake of pain killers, there are some major side effects such as memory loss, hair fall and sleepless nights. After hearing his story the superstar appealed to all the doctors to please come forward and help him. He also promised to personally inquire and ask doctors about Johnson Philem's treatment.

Later Big B asked Johnson about his favorite actress and he shyly replied that it was Anushka Sharma. The legend was quick to connect the call to the beautiful actor and when Johnson asked her if she would go out for a coffee with him, she was quick to say a "yes".

Obliged with so much love Johnson gifted the Shahenshah a white muffler signifying the symbolic coming together in a bond of friendship.

He was playing effortlessly and managed to win 12,50,000 before the hooter went off.
