Need a testy Brown rice recipe

Does anyone have a favorite brown rice recipe?

brown rice is most preferable as well as better for health than white and red rice.

Right.. But could you please share a recipe made with brown rice?

Brown rice with Cajun red beans and chicken sausage. 

You can combine brown rice,  dal (moong or toor),  add lot of veggies and peanuts, Salt and Red chilli powder to taste. .  pressure cook till rice and dal blend well (upto 4 whistles).  Add seasoning of mustard, curry leaves and hing.

That is the only way I can eat brown rice. sometimes I make seasoning first and add the rest, or I add onions and green chillies, etc.
