Today is a really special day😳 The day a very awkward and nervous girl was born😆 Well, on a serious note, I swear she is just the most adorable person I have met on this forum..Every time I curse this show or IF in general, I remember I need to be grateful cos I met this wonderful person all thanks to this forum😳😆

She is always in control and disagrees in the most polite manner possible..Oh and when someone is rude to her or they don reply to her post, she immediately starts freaking out thinking she probably pissed them off or something😆 Yeah, she is that weird..She even contemplates sending a PM to them to sort out the issue😳 All this for nameless, faceless people..Am pretty sure she is hundred times worse in real life😭😆

Oops, am supposed to appreciate her right? 😕 Okay, lemme try😆

She is just this amazingly sensitive and polite person who almost always understands where the other person is coming from😳 We have those really mean bitching sessions at times where I realize that even if she tries, she can never bitch to perfection😡 And those awesome fangirling sessions where I realize that even if she wants , she can never ever gush to perfection😭 She believes ki' Fangirling aur gushing waqth zaya karne ka zariya hai..Hum kush naseeb hain gushing se haseen humari kitabi duniya hai' 😆 She is that weird..I have never seen her gush about any celeb till date..Yeah, she gushes about Shru's intelligence or Anu's caring nature but that's about it😆 She finds it weird that I cry when Fed loses or when ppl fret over fictional characters..Yeah, she doesn't feel that unconditional love for any celeb👎🏼 Selfish kid🤢 Err, not really..She is just that sorted and practical👏😆

I had a really tough time making this thread cos the last time we made one for Shruthi, I bugged her all day & she was patient enough to answer all my queries & also format the post for me😆 And this time I had to coordinate with this girl called Shruthi who is so perfect that she got done with her side of the work two days in advance😡 😆And I realized am lazy & lagging behind & a whole lot of other things😭 But it din happen last time cos my ex-partner and today's birthday girl is just as bad or as good as me👏 😆Ah and she is this huge introvert who always believes in being diplomatic to everyone..To such an extent that even when you are having a mock fight with her, she cant help but add a P.S. saying the post was in good humor Yeah, its that bad..So am sure she is gonna say this thread is awesome, fantastic and all the jazz.😆 She was just born that way I guess..Ab kuch nahi ho sakta😒

One Shot

Ne's Birthday -

"Yo sis, what are the plans for tomorrow? Anything special?" Her sister, who had been watching her for the longest time, finally spoke.

"Nope. Nothing planned as yet. What about you?" Ne answered as she looked up from the book she was reading.

"Well, the usual. Cake cutting at home, spend time with friends and family." her twin shrugged casually, as she went back to typing on her laptop.

"Ne...I am bored. Can midnight come any sooner? I just want to get to bed." she spoke again after a couple more minutes. Ne could feel her restlessness too. The words followed the pillow that had squarely landed on Ne only a second ago.

"Go to sleep then. It's not like we have to wish each other." Ne replied, barely looking up from her book.

"Yeah but for a change I want to. Will you just stop reading that book now? You have read it a hundred times already. Here I am trying to talk to you and you have your head between the pages of a Potter book." Ne closed the book and carefully placed it on the table.

The sisters sat talking for the next few minutes. About nothing in particular, but about everything they could think of.

Soon it was midnight and the sisters wished each other happy birthdays. This was followed by their parents and friends who called or messaged. Even Ne's friends on the forum had made a post and she got busy reading their messages. It was only when she was getting ready for bed, did she check her phone to see an email from an unknown person wishing her Happy Birthday The title "Your Birthday Present" got her curious and so she promptly opened it. She noticed that the email had arrived at midnight- sharp.

"Sis...you are not going to believe this, come check it out." she exclaimed as she read the short and concise message once again. Ne opened the email on her laptop so that they could both read it together. Her sister stood behind her and exclaimed as she read the message out loud -

Happy Birthday Ne!!!

You are requested to come to the Taj's Coffee Shop tomorrow evening at 8:30 PM sharp. Come dressed to party and bring you sister along. It will be your night to remember, it's a promise. And no this is not a prank.

"It's a prank, Ne. Look even the sender name and email address is fishy. Don't fall for it. Oh no, I know that look. I can already hear the wheel churning in your head." Her sister eyed her suspiciously.

"Exactly. What if it is not a prank? What if someone is throwing a surprise party for us? I mean it's not any lame location, it's at the Taj!"

"Please don't tell me you are planning on going. It's just not safe. Are the news not giving us enough horror stories? "Her sister eyed her pleading.

"What's the worst that could happen? I mean, even if we are pranked, we can always pretend that we went there to celebrate by ourselves or something. And we will be together, look out for each other you know. What do you say?"

"I don't know Ne. I can't trust an anonymous mail like this. It's definitely a prank." She voiced her suspicions.

"Oh come on sis. I know you want to go, I can sense it. You are just being overly cautious. Please, come along. If it's not a prank, we will have a good time and if it is, I treat you at the pastry shop? What say?" she tried to bribe her sister into saying yes.

"Let me sleep over it. In the meantime, start thinking what we are going to tell Mamma and Nanna." She winked at Ne as she pulled the covers over her head.

Next evening, both the sisters, dressed to the nines, reached the Taj a half hour sooner than the time on the mail. They were nervous as well as excited. They made their way to the coffee shop as requested and casually looked around to identify a familiar face see.

At 8:30 sharp, a waiter stopped by their table and requested for their identities. Once he confirmed that they were the people who he was looking for, he asked them to follow him. Ne read the signs as they followed him while her sister kept a firm eye on the poor waiter. It looked like they were headed towards the disco. Faint sounds of music could be heard as they neared their destination.

"Ladies, now you wait here while your party arrives." He bowed low and left, ignoring their questions.

Ne swayed to the music as they waited, while her sister eyed everyone around her questionably.

Two masked men, of similar height, were approaching them.

"Evening ladies. Happy Birthday." they spoke in unison as the bowed to the girls.

"Evening and thanks." Ne responded, a hint of anticipation in her voice. She nudged her sister to respond, who just glared at her.

"We are your escorts for the evening. Let's head in for the party." They each offered the girls an arm to hold.

Once inside, Ne was in for a big surprise. A huge banner hung on top of the live band that was playing.

Ne could not believe her luck. She wondered aloud how this was something right out of their dreams. Who could have planned something like this for them Potter crazy sisters?

"Ladies, there is another surprise for you." The boys spoke up after waiting a couple minute for the girls to overcome their shock. Since the girls were busy taking in their surrounding the whole time they were in the room, they had not noticed that their partners had taken off their masks.

They turned around to look at the guy whose hand they were holding. The next second they both swooned and fainted into their partner's arms.

Heaven!!!

A very very happy birthday girl.I still remember the first time that we met and the memory always manages to bring a smile to my face.I guess Shru,Ranji and you were busy with your daily chats and i decided to join like an unwelcome guest when i saw everyone discussing about Federer and I am so glad I did.The next day i turned a goldie and i remember that you were the first one to wish me.It was very small thing but well i tend to remember those.Whenever i was there butting in your conversations you always made me feel very welcome and that was truly a very beautiful feeling coz till then i was just a bhatakti aatma on IF and didn't really have any friends and i thought wow it would be great to be friends with these people and I guess even my destiny wanted that to happen and so here I am writing a birthday messages to one of my sweetest friends.

Ne you are truly one heck of a person.You are so sweet,friendly and welcoming and i am glad to have found a gem like you.No matter how much I wish ki i should never have watched QH i can't coz then i would never have been on IF and i would have missed the opportunity to meet a lovely person like you.So i guess Qh may have made me cry but somewhere all of this worth it for your friendship.

Ne you are a wonderful friend... I met you on the CC and totally loved you ...
