Now I have won a crore, people's attitude has changed: KBC winner

Feroz Fatima, a 22-year-old girl from a village near Saharanpur, UP, is the first woman to win a crore on the seventh season of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

The science graduate aspires to excel in Civil Services, and wants to use the money to secure her future. The young girl comes from a conservative Muslim family and wants to use a part of the winning amount to repay the loan taken for her father's medical treatment.

"We have seen very bad days after the death of my father, who was the village pradhan. Having only three women in family with no male member, the villagers were looking for a opportunity to seize our land, which is our sole source of livelihood. Now that I have won a crore, the attitude of relatives and people in the village has changed towards us. People have started doing rounds of my house, when there was nobody to stand by us in our difficult days," she says.
