What dish/meal do you love cooking?Roasts. I also love making salads with different dressings.
If someone told you cook something this instant, what would you make?Well, I did that last week - within 20 minutes. Vegetable masala cous cous and spicy tomato chutney.
You get praised a lot by cooking what?Whatever I cook actually. I am being serious here. But I always cook different dishes anyway. There is only one dish that I cook repeatedly and that is my Empire Roast Chicken, inspired by Jaime Oliver. My siblings and my mother love whatever I cook for them.
Any kitchen disasters?Oh yes...things I put in the oven that takes a matter of minutes but because I was doing other things, get burned. Garlic bread is the frequent victim. 😆
