Shiv and the rest of Shekhar's get to know the truth from Alok & Meenu, that Shiv is infact Meenu & Anoop's son, whom Meenu has sacrificed for Ira's happiness and well being after an unfortunate accident, she met with resulting in giving birth to a still born baby girl.
Ira is shattered with the truth and with her anger towards Alok & Meenu, distances herself from the family.
Shiv too is shocked on getting to know the truth and mulls over the implications it would bring on all the relationships. He finally tries to regain his composure and shares with Anandi, that he has accepted the truth and he finds himself fortunate that he has love of two mothers and he should be balanced enough in his behavior with them, not to hurt the sentiments of the either.
Ira continues to wallow in sorrow and hurt, and in her weak moments, takes to heart, Sanchi's senseless remarks and develops grudge against all. She even goes to the extent of telling Daddu, that she had nothing been a Nanny to Shiv all these years, overhearing which it leaves Shiv shocked and broken.
Alok apologizes to Shiv for hiding the truth all this while, and in turn he gets an assurance from him., that he has done, what he felt right at the moment and that Shiv is not angry with him for same.
Ganga continues to hide her pregnancy from the family.
The chief of the militants after Pasha get the know about the whereabouts of Pasha ( under the care of Jagdish in Jaitsar's hospital ) and orders that he needs to be killed.
Pasha lies to Jagdish that he cannot remember anything about himself other than Pichola Lake' of Udaipur. He does this to escape from the people who are after him, as he feels the Hospital is the safest place for him.
Anandi gives courage to heartbroken Shiv and advises he should speak personally to Ira as well as Meenu, to which he agrees.
Meanwhile, Mahi assures Meenu that soon, all will be well.
Shiv meets Ira and assures that nothing is going to change in their relationship and she is her Mother always. Ira still voices her apprehensions that truth will always remain the truth. He could do nothing but give her a reassuring hug for her words.
Sanchi continues to influence Ira's thought process . When Anandi and Daddu try to correct her behavior, she rebukes at their words. She even criticizes Anandi, saying in fact she knows that her food and drink were mixed with medicine by Anandi, and that she never took them. When Shiv questions her rebuke, she in turn questions him of his right over her, which leaves Shiv more shattered.
Anandi highly upset over Sanchi's behavior towards Shiv, warns her that she will not tolerate any such behavior towards Shiv, going forward.
Meenu comes and meets Shiv and apologizes for her action, but Shiv tells her that he is indeed proud that she gave birth to him and the bond that they share is never short of a Mother and a Son. They share an emotional moment.
Sumitra is saddened that Ganga cannot bear Jagdish's child.
Basant feels that in this advanced age of Science and technology, there should be a way out for Jagdish & Ganga's situation and shares same with Bhairon. When they speak to Jagdish on same, he puts forth the idea of surrogacy.
Upon discussing this with the family members, Daadisaa clearly objects to same. Even Sumitra does not look convinced with the idea.
An aide of the militants who are in search of Pasha, enters the hospital in the disguise of a ward boy and tries to kill Pasha, but is foiled in his plan, by Pasha defending himself.
When the matter is informed to police by Jagdish, the Police inspector alerts Jagdish that this may be a case which is much more serious than it looks and he needs to be on a high alert.
Shiv and Mahi have a heart to heart conversation Mahi encourages Shiv he is strength of the family, he needs to come out of his grief , be happy like before so that all family can move on and be happy like before . Shiv agrees .
Sanchi's taunt session to Anandi continues where she asks Anandi to only take care of her real mother in law Choti maa and leave her mother She can take care of her while Anandi tells Sanchi instead of making her mother understand and reunite the family she is actually breaking the family. Ira too keeps taking out her anger on Anandi upon instigation of Sanchi meanwhile Sanchi's new love story with Saurav too continues where both of them are getting closer to each other
Shiv brings the smile on back on his face and have breakfast with family which makes Anandi ,Meenu . Mahi . Alok and Daddu very happy
The militants after Pasha plan to attack the Jaitser hospital to kill Pasha
Dadisaa decides to visit some priest in hope for Ganga can be pregnant without any danger to her life
Anandi upon insistence of Daddu and Meenu takes Shiv with a her on dhaba date where both husband and wife have a good time
Militants as per their plan attack the Jaitser hospital and makes staff, patients and Balwadi children hostage . Pasha upon seeing the militants cleverly manages to escape from their preying eyes while militants ask from Jagya to handover Pasha to them . Jagya is shocked to know Pasha is none other the Kaka he saved when militants show him Pasha's photo. Jagya declines to tell about Pasha citing an excuse he has been discharged from hospital today he is not here but when militants interrogate from other people in the hospital , a patient recognizes Pasha and tells he has seen him in the hospital today. The militants leader gives Jagya ultimatum to find Pasha and bring him here to them in 15 minutes otherwise they will kill all his staff and patients. Jagya rushes to find Pasha and finally finds him hiding in hospital's garden .
Jagya tells Pasha everything and asks him why these people are after him ? Pasha tells Jagya these people have come from across the border He does not remember anything about his past but the family he used to live there considering them his family one day told him he is not their family member and perhaps an Indian Some militants left him in their house to take care of him Perhaps they want to use him in some of their militant work He in an illegal way came to India to find out about his identity that's why he keeps hiding from police but these people followed him till here to kill him. Pasha tells Jagya for his own life's sake he cannot put so many innocents lives in danger .Pasha and Jagya make a plan in which Jagya will keep militants busy in talks with him while Pasha will try to free everyone Both work on according to the plan .Pasha manages to free the Balwadi children and staff from militants
Dadisaa and Bhairon upon returning from temple find the jeep not starting . Dadisaa is feeling restless like some of her dear one in trouble .She asks Bhairon to call Jagya .When Jagya , Ganga , Lal Singh don't pick their phones as their phones have been taken by militants , neither anyone picks up hospital 's land line's phone , worried Bhairon calls Sumitra and tells her this .Sumitra calls one of their servants who is admitted in the hospital and gets to know from him about militants attack on Jaitser Hospital . Worried Sumitra tells this to Bhairon . Bhairon consoles Sumitra and asks her to call Basant so that he can reach there with police He himself will inform police too
Shiv receives a call from Jaister's collector who tells him about attack on Jaitser hospital. Shiv tells this to Anandi who calls Sumitra and consoles her . Anandi tells Sumitra they are also coming to Jaitser .Shiv calls Jaitser's inspector and asks him to take commandos help .AnSh head to Jaitser
Militants demand from Jagya to tell where is Pasha when Jagya misleads them and militants are unable to find Pasha in Jagya's told place , the militants leader orders one of his man to kill a patient . Jagya tries to stop them but in vain . Luckily Pasha reaches there on time and saves the patient as well as targets his gun at leader's head asking the militants to drop their weapons otherwise he will kill their leader . The leader tells Jagya the triumph card is still in his hands as they have planted a bomb in his hospital , the remote he has .If Pasha did not surrender himself to them it will take him seconds to destroy the hospital All will die. Pasha surrenders himself to militants but before militants can take him with them , the commandos reach there and shoot the militants leader . Militants leader before breathing his last activates the bomb. Pasha tells this to commandos and also asks them to let him help them as he knows how these militants operate so he can find the bomb before them .They have only fifteen minutes
The rest vacant the hospital while Pasha and commandos find the bomb. Pasha successfully manages to diffuse the bomb. Jagya thanks Pasha He will never be able to pay back to him for his this big favor on him . Pasha says he didn't do any favor .Favor you did on me by giving me new life . Jagya and Pasha emotionally hug each other
Singhs thanks God for removing this big trouble and saving everyone without any harm . Dadisaa tells everyone she has stopped AnSh from coming here telling them everything is fine now they don't need to come here from so far
Ira is concerned for Shiv's safety which makes Meenu . Daddu and Alok happy Ira still cares for Shiv . When AnSh return home Shiv is extremely happy to see Ira's concern for him . Daddu calls Dadisaa to ask her about Jagya , Ganga and the hospital. Dadisaa tells Daddu everyone is safe and fine . Dadisaa wishes to talk to Ira but upon sensing Daddu's hesitance in giving Ira the phone Dadisaa 's doubts strengthens there is something not good in family regarding Ira . Dadisaa wishes to talk to Anandi. Daddu gives Anandi the phone . Dadisaa shares her doubt with Anandi while Anandi makes an excuse trying to tell Dadisaa everything is fine . Dadisaa is not convinced with Anandi's explanation and shares her doubt with Sumitra . Sumitra says she herself will ask Anandi
Ira realizes her mistake she has been harsh with Meenu who only did everything for her happiness. Ira apologizes to Meenu and make up with her which makes everyone very happy except Sanchi
Ganga shows concern for Pasha who is taken to Delhi for interrogation . Jagya tells Ganga he will be fine it is for his better , in this way he will find out about his family . The complications in Ganga's pregnancy starts to show up and her health is going down which makes Jagya concerned and he asks her for tests . Ganga makes an excuse about the dark circles beneath her eyes her eye liner spread she is fine . Jagya tells her he is buying her excuse this time if in few days she didn't show improvement in her health then they will go for tests on every cost . Ganga becomes worried as if they went for tests then her secret pregnancy won't be secret anymore

Anandi Shiv go to orphanage to check about the progress of their child adoption process. The warden tells them it is still under progress . Anandi wishes to adopt the child Anuja whom she feels a lot connected now but a couple show up at orphanage claiming Anuja is their daughter . The warden tells the couple they will only get Anuja after proper investigation to prove Anuja is their daughter .
Meenu sees news about Pasha on television and newspaper and recognizes Pasha is no one else but her husband Anoop . Anoop is still alive. Meenu tells this to others who also recognizes Pasha is Anoop whom they considered martyred in a battle . Shekhars are extremely happy as well as emotional upon knowing Anoop is alive .
Shiv has gone to meet his friend Rajeev in Delhi who is an army officer . In Rajeev's office Anoop and Shiv come face to face but both father and son are unable to recognize each other . Daddu calls Shiv and tells him Pasha is his father Anoop . Anoop is still alive . Shiv is emotional hearing it .Shiv goes to meet Anoop but is sad upon knowing Anoop does not remember anything about his family
Daddu , Mahi and Meenu come to Dehli to meet Anoop and tell Anoop they are his family but Anoop does not recognize anyone .The DNA test is done which proves Pasha is indeed Anoop
On other side in Badi Haveli Ganga is keeping a distance from Jagya after he had doubts about her health by keeping herself busy in work so that she has to come less in front of him . Ganga realizes she is not being fair to Jagya but still stubborn to fulfill Dadisaa wish in giving Dadisaa heir from her family's blood line
Dadisaa and Bhairon decide to visit some temple and while returning they will visit Anandi too. Dadisaa and Bhairon go to meet Anandi . Shiv calls Alok and tells him DNA report has proved chote papa is their family member. A happy Alok tells this news to Ira and Anandi . From this Dadisaa and Bhairon too come to know Anoop is alive. Ira tells Dadisaa Anoop and Meenu are Shiv's real parents while Anandi tells Bhairon and Dadisaa the rest of the story
Dadisaa tells Anandi how they met Anoop but didn't know he is Anoop. Bhairon tells how Jagya saved Anoop and Anoop made a good bonding with Jagya . Dadisaa makes Ira understand giving her own example She didn't give birth to Basant but still he loves her like his mother even after knowing the truth same way Shiv too loves her and will always love her . Ira thanks Dadisaa for opening her eyes and making her understand like her mother
Dadisaa and Bhairon after returning from Udaipur tell their family about Pasha is Anoop. Dadisaa gets doubts on Ganga seeing her climbing stairs so slowly and consciously why she is doing this ?One day Dadisaa notices Ganga's swollen feet but Ganga makes an excuse to cover the truth up
Rajeev tells Daddu , Meenu , Mahi , Shiv that Anoop's release from here will take some time They can return home while he will take care of Anoop but Shiv and Mahi decide to stay with Anoop while Meenu and Daddu return home to make arrangements for Anoop's welcome to home
Meenu removes her widow avatar and fills her maang with sindoor . Anandi sets Meenu's cupboard with colorful sarees
Serial takes a 3 months leap In which Shiv and Mahi develop a good bonding with Anoop but Anoop still does not remember anything about his past .Ganga is trying hard to keep her pregnancy a secret till 5 months
After three months Shiv and Mahi bring their father home . Anoop is given an army's special welcome but Anoop is feeling a lot restless as he does not remember anything neither recognize any family member as his . Shekhars try their best to revive Anoop's memory by bringing his past memories to him but not much successful
Singhs plan for a family yatra to Ram Rajeshwar as well as a family picnic along with it When they reach there Ganga is scared to see so many stairs of the temple because climbing them will be harmful for her child First she climbs the stairs upon insistence of family but soon gives up and collapse on stairs she cannot do this . Singhs encourage her only some distance is left she can do it but Ganga emotionally blurts out she is pregnant .Hearing this Singhs are shocked . Jagya is shocked and hurt Ganga took this big decision hiding from him despite him telling her this will be dangerous to her life He asks her why she did this ? Ganga looks at Dadisaa Dadisaa realizes Ganga took this risk to fulfill her wish . Dadisaa tells Ganga she never wanted her to give her great grandchild to her after risking her life . Singhs drop the idea of picnic and decide to return home after praying in the temple . Jagya takes Ganga to temple lifting her up in his arms
Jagya takes Ganga to the gynecologist and tries to make her understand He is happy with Mannu He does not want another child if he wants anything he only wants her to be his life partner . After knowing her condition he cannot allow her to take this risk if there are any chances for abortion then don't say no. Ganga says she can do anything for him but don't separate this child from her Nothing will happen to her. Ganga asks Dadisaa to make Jagya understand . Dadisaa finds history repeating and her at same place Years ago when she has to choose between Basant's first wife Jamuna and her grandchild but she chose her grandchild not caring for Jamuna's life but she lost both for which her soul is still guilty . Dadisaa does not want history to repeat tells Ganga she does not want to see her great grandchild after risking her life She means more to her She cannot see Jagya's life ruined again
The gynecologist does Ganga's tests while Dadisaa is blaming herself because of her wish Ganga took this risk . Others console Dadisaa . Anandi calls Dadisaa to tell her about they have brought Anoop back home but upon sensing something wrong in Dadisaa voice she asks Dadisaa what happened ? Dadisaa tells Anandi everything . Anandi is shocked to know Ganga took this big risk despite she herself asked her not to do so . Anandi consoles Dadisaa
The gynecologist tells Jagya and Singhs abortion cannot happen now as five months have passed and they have no other option instead of only continuing the pregnancy There are only 30 percent chances Ganga will have a successful delivery and 70 percent there is risk to her life now everything is in God's hands Miracles happen Ganga needs their care and support now as well as their prays . Singhs are emotional
Ganga consoles everyone nothing will happen to her She has full faith on God. Dadisaa decides to support Ganga upon finding no other option and together they will change destiny
Anoop bonds with Shekhars and starts to get comfortable with them .Ira feels uneasy seeing Shiv is reflection of Anoop having same habits .Ira shares this with Sanchi as this reminds her Shiv is not her son but Meenu and Anoop's despite Shiv still calls her mom
Dadisaa tells Ganga she will stay with her until her delivery and sleep in her room ( Dadisaa's room) while she has taken an oath until she won't see Ganga and her child both fine she will sleep on floor . Jagya protests this is not right and it is not good for Dadisaa s health in this age but Dadisaa is determined and does not listen to Jagya which disappoints him . Dadisaa makes Ganga lie on bed and herself sleeps on floor
Sumitra is emotional and tells Ganga she cannot afford to lose her while Dadisaa and Ganga encourage Sumitra nothing will happen to Ganga Have faith on God
