I think you heard this as well. Damon goes back to his old self again. Becomes dark and twisted. I think that little Whitemore dweeb injects him with that vampire enhancement thingy/Augustin serum or something. Plus Enzo is also persuading him to be bad again. So, yeah without Elena to keep him connected to his human side...Season 1 Damon is soo coming back.

And, the switch you already know about it😉

Yess. We are going to get s1 Damon back😃. The real badass of the show.
