Actor Sonal Handa has entered 'Balika Vadhu' opposite Saanchi (Roop Durgapal) to playSaurabh. The character was originally played by Shiv Siddharth, who has been replaced for reasons best known to the production house.
Apparently, the character has been re-introduced in the show.Sonal feels lucky as it happens to be his grandmother's favourite show and he used to watch it along with her when he was a student. Says he, "Even a movie won't excite her as much as my association with this show. It's great to be working with such senior actors. I was too nervous to introduce myself to them."
