Satish Tyagi appears to kill Dr. Jatin Kumar at Reena's house. Jatin was the doctor that tested DNA and in-charge of hospital. In court Reena is asked what Dr. Jatin was doing in her home late at night? She says he used to come for giving insulin. Prosecutor suggests affair btwn Jatin n Reena. Reena says she didn't love Jatin. Prosecutor suggests that is the motive for Satish, her lover, to kill Jatin. Satish's fingerprints are on the wall.
Satish admits he went to Reena's. Now there is charge of double murder against Satish. Reena testifies Satish killed Jatin. Satish denies this. He says he got call in jail about Reena being in danger. He took the chance to escape jail and saw Dr. Jatin trying to force her. But, Satish was made unconscious at Reena's. When he woke up Satish was back in jail. Court Adjourned.
Afterward KD questions Reena. Did she actually see Satish murder Jatin. Reena says no - but, there was nobody else there.
KD revisits the evidence. He gets some clue, but doesn't share with Inspector D.
In jail some other kaidi reassures Reena about Satish's innocence. Satish n Reena reunite. Satish promises never to runaway from jail again as someone is trying to trap him.
KD's assistants have a chat. Sunaina is not convinced about Satish - how did he appear to be at two places at once. Varun suggests she dig into her doubts. She goes and does so. She speaks with the first victim's brother who saw Satish killing. Sunaina is kicked out by the brother when she questions how he could be at 2 places at the sametime.
KD informs court that Satish escaped jail because of a call about Reena being in danger, etc. KD con'ts the events are weird. He calls Officer D to the stand. KD suggests someone else was there the night of Dr. Jatin's death. KD says he realized this when he was looking at the evidence. and explains how this person framed Satish. Prosecutor objects. KD asks for chance to prove his prove his theory.
He demonstrates that there were two vases one with Satish's fingerprints and one missing vase used to knock him unconscious. KD explains that Satish wasn't there - his fingerprints are on the vase... he con'ts to explain how the fingerprint was obtained from Satish in jail. Prosecutor says what about alll the other evidence is CCTV footage. KD plays the CCTV footage. KD points out that the broken vase pieces in the footage versus the police photos is different. Judge agrees. What about the victim's dna under Satish's fingernail? Court gets adjourned.
Next time in court - KD says he wants to tell a small story first. After that he accuses Bablooji of perpetrating the crime... he then establishes it was the Jailor that set up Satish for these murders. KD elaborates how Satish was set up including how the video footage was manipulated. The first victim's brother turns out to be the killer of his brother. And Jatin is killed because Badbro was worried. he would be betrayed by Jatin who also set up Satish. Badbro confesses. The end.
