Use honey instead of sugar.
Cut dishes made of gram flour.
Take steps instead of lift.
No Icecreams.No cool drinks.No chocolates.(For time being,after you lose your weight you can one or two occasionally).

You should Avoid Sweet food and  u  have to drink sugar free Tea ,
Drink a glass of Lemon water with honey every day

Eat healthy, work out and get enough sleep... it should work out just fine as long as you practice some self control and discipline and don't fall off the wagon.

I tried this carrot salad today..believe me eating healthy is the key.
