Episode opens with a funeral of a man, James Parker. His face is completely destroyed due to the accident he faced. His brother Arnold and brother are weeping near his coffin. James's mother sees the coffin shaking but nobody else supports her. They all leave after the cremation ceremony gets over.

There's thunderstorm at night and two hands try to pull the graveyard's guard Lalan inside the grave. Next, Arnold's room lights flicker and he notices a zombie looking man approaching him, who claims to be James. He grabs his neck and then utters that he's here to avenge his murder. Thereafter he utters, "Highway, garage, Babloo mechanic". Before leaving he warns Arnold that he will kill everyone if he doesn't get justice.

Arnold goes to the police station to report the matter and the Inspector makes fun of him hence rejecting his complain.

On the way, Inspector's vehicle stops and the same zombie i.e. James attacks him and demands justice. Inspector manages to get a piece of his cloth. Scene shifts to the graveyard where James's grave is being checked. Lalan tells the inspector that two hands tried grabbing him last night. Arnold notices some footprints and guesses James must have gone this way. The digging is done and James's body isn't there in the coffin.

Scene shifts to KD's office where Vishal's wife and KD's friend Sumitra is present. She reveals to KD that Vishal has been arrested on a zombie's statement and requests him to rescue Vishal. KD assures her.

The prosecutor begins the case and states that James and Vishal were rivals. James died in an accident on 4th December 2013 as his car breaks failed, saying so she claims it's a murder. Thereafter Arnold and the inspector come to narrate their experience with the zombie. Inspector shows the wounds on his neck done by the zombie. Prosecutor shows the cloth piece inspector grabbed while struggling against the zombie and confirms it's from the same piece of shirt that James was wearing during his funeral.

Lalan then comes in the witness box and tells how he was being pulled in a grave at night. KD states the case is based on a zombie's statement and requests the judge to reject it. The judge disagrees and declares that the case will proceed on the footing of proofs. The prosecutor then reveals that Vishal had hit James's head with a rod in 1995. KD tells her that Vishal was a college student then, so age matters.

Prosecutor further reveals that James and Vishal worked in the same company and James became Vishal's boss. Once James stole Vishal's presentation and got appreciated by his seniors. Hence Vishal's hatred increased even more.

She then calls Babloo mechanic in the witness box. On being questioned he reveals that he knows Vishal since 5 years. He always sent the company cars to his garage and explained what he has to do. That day he called him twice, first he instructed what he has to repair and then in the second call he asked him to fail its breaks, offering 50,000 rupees. Vishal claims he's uttering lie. The prosecutor presents the conversation transcript to the judge and KD refuses to ask anything from Babloo.

Next, Driver Shekhar is called. He says that this time Vishal didn't tell him what Babloo has to do with the car, unlike rest of the times. KD refuses to question him even.

Next, company's HR manager Rishabh is called. He reveals that Vishal called him and uttered that Monday will be James's last day in the office. Vishal accepts he said so. KD asks Rishabh to play the conversation recording and Rishabh does so. KD states that Vishal hasn't talked anything regarding murder; he simply said that Monday would be James's last day in this office.

Prosecutor reminds him of Babloo and Shekhar's statements. KD calls Babloo and asks him if he's sure that Vishal only called him. Babloo claims he's sure. Meanwhile, Babloo's friend enters and says that Babloo's wife needs to talk to him urgently; his son has faced an accident. KD requests the judge to allow Babloo to talk and the judge grants it. Babloo talks and says he needs to leave. KD stops him and asks whose phone was that? Babloo replies his wife called him. On KD's orders, Srman enters with a woman who had called Babloo, Babloo states she isn't his wife. KD reveals that she's the one who called him and not his wife.

Then he states that how he could be sure of Vishal's voice if he didn't recognize his own wife's voice. On prosecutor's objection, he states that anyone can use company's landline and a man like Babloo can do anything for the sake of money. KD then states that the prosecution doesn't have anything other than the zombie's statement, they need to catch the zombie. He requests the judge to grant bail for Vishal and the judge does so. Arnold gets up and screams that James won't spare anyone now.

KD, Varun and Srman discuss about zombies in their office and conclude that an enemy of Vishal is behind everything.

Vishal and Sumitra are having dinner and Vishal is disturbed due to Arnold's screams. Vishal moves to sleep and suddenly the zombie starts banging the door. She opens it and faints after the zombie attacks her. Zombie then moves in Vishal's room and attacks him with knife. Sumitra arrives in his rescue and the zombie holds their neck. He warns Vishal to accept the crime.

KD meets Vishal in jail and questions him that why he accepted the crime he didn't commit. Vishal tells him he doesn't want to talk anymore while KD notices the wounds on his neck.
