The USA Network legal drama returns for the remaining six episodes of season three this week and word is getting around that Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) may be close to unmasking Mike's (Patrick J. Adams) secret -- that he isn't a Harvard Law graduate or, for that matter, a college graduate.

The Hollywood Reporter exclusively debuts a scene from Thursday's midseason premiere where trusty secretary Donna (Sarah Rafferty) warns Harvey (Gabriel Macht) about the potential Louis pitfall.
"Louis might be on to Mike ..." Who knew those six words would shut Harvey right up? Though Donna explains that she's taken care of the situation, for the most part, when Harvey finds out Louis had access to the Harvard file room because of his relationship with Sheila Sazs (Rachael Harris), red flags go up.
