finally we got the update after a long time but its ok...Sorry for the delay! I hope the update was worth the wait. loved the update a lot.i just loved it when Arnav was lost in seeing khushi and she was talking to him.loved the way he when she found him staring at herself and asked "Ab dair nahi ho rhi hai?" it was so cute...loved to see a jealous khushi.the way those girls were appreciating her husband she was bound to get jealous...True. Anybody would b upset. khushi was so cute when she tried to cover Arnav with the towels and dried his hair with her dupatta instead.😆 

 

loved to see them enjoying with each other.hmm...khushi us really a very nice person and it was quite apparent in the gesture when she touched their instructor' feet.Yup! even he got emotional...so Arnav lost the challenge.really excited to know what khushi will make him do...but i didn't understand why he lied about the tickets. He lied so he could spend time with Khushi doing something which both of them could enjoy. Had he gone for watersports,only he wouldve enjoy. And he didnt want that so he lied to her about not getting the tickets.

*Later that evening*
ArShi left for the beach after freshening up at the hotel.
Khushi frowned when Arnav took a different route.
Khushi: Beach ki or jaane ka rastaa toh..
Arnav(interrupts): Pataa hai! Hum beach se pehle kaheen aur jaa rahe hain.
Khushi: Kahaan?
Arnav: City centre.
Khushi did not ask anything further.

When Arnav paused in front of the Deauville City Centre,Khushi gave it a once over.
It housed shops of various high-end brands like Hermes,Chanel,etc.
Khushi: Aapko Hermes k store se kuch lena hai kya?
Arnav(parking the bike): Ha.. mera aftershave khatm ho gaya hai toh.. woh hi lena hai.
Khushi: Toh aap waapis aate samay le lete?
Arnav: Tab tak yeh(city centre) band ho jaayega.
Khushi: Achchha par aap usse rakhenge kahaan?
Arnav: Saath le jaaunga.
Khushi: wohlog aapko gubbaare me aftershave lekar jaane denge?
Arnav: Ya,of course jaane denge! Aftershave hai,koi bhaari cheez thode hi na hai ki uss
se humara weight badh jayega.
Khushi nods.
Arnav: Tum yaheen wait karo. Main abhi aata hoon.
Khushi: Kyun?a.. matlab.. hum bhi aapk saath chalte hain na?
Arnav: Nahi Khushi,tum yaheen ruko. Actually its.. not so safe out here. Agar bike chori
ho gayi toh?
Khushi: Agar aisaa hai toh hum rukte hain bike k paas. Aap ho aaiyye.
A relieved Arnav goes inside,glad that Khushi bought his excuse.

*Later that evening*
Khushi clutched Arnav's arm as the hot air balloon soared high into the sky.
Once she felt steady,she let go of his arm.
By then the balloon had reached a considerable height.
Khushi could see the entire town of Deauville which seemed to have come alive,thanks to
twinkling lights.
A cool breeze caressed her face and she closed her eyes for a few moments.
The scene which her mind played seemed straight out of a Bollywood flick.
She was standing in the same balloon,but in Arnav's arms.
Arnav kissed her passionately as the balloon ascended the sky.
While the balloon was descending,Arnav went down on 1 knee.
Khushi gasped in surprise upon finding a diamond ring in his hand.
Very soon the same ring adorned her right middle finger.
When Arnav got up,she threw her arms around him.
The reality,however,was totally different.
Arnav was standing right next to her. But he was niether kissing her nor was he even looking at her.
He seemed more interested in peering down.
When Arnav realized that Khushi was looking at him,he turned to her with a smile.
Arnav: Yeh lights.. yeh panaromic view.. yeh sab kitna achchha lag raha hai na?
Khushi: Ha.. achchha toh hai. Par aisaa hi view humein hawaai jahaaz se bhi mila tha,jab hum Dilli
chhod rahe the?
Arnav: U're right!
Khushi: Toh iss me naya kuch nahi hai.
Arnav: Nayi yeh ride hai,Khushi. Iss se pehle tum kabhi hot air balloon me nahi baithi ho. This is ur
first time. U should be excited!
Khushi(thinks): Excited to hum tab hote na jab aap kuch exciting karte!
Arnav: Kuch kaha tumne?
Khushi: Ha? a.. nahi. Kuch bhi toh nahi!
Arnav(turns back): Right.
Khushi felt a wierd churning sensation in the pit of her stomach when the balloon began its descent.
Khushi: Arnavji..
Arnav(turns to look at her): Hmm?
Khushi: Ab toh balloon neeche utar raha hai..
Arnav: Woh toh utarnaa hi tha!
Khushi: Nahi,matlab.. aapko.. humse kuch.. kehna nahi hai? Ya.. kuch.. karnaa nahi hai?
Arnav: Nahi! Yahaan kya kar sakte hain?
Khushi: Yeh poochhiye ki yahaan kya nahi kar sakte hain!
Arnav(frowns): What do u mean?
Khushi: woh.. humne filmon me dekha hai. Hero aur heroine na sirf yahaan romance karte hain,kuch
toh champagne bhi peete hain!
Arnav: U mean to say ki humein unki tarah champagne peeni chahiye?
Khushi: Nahi! Humein unki tarah romance karnaa chahiye!
Arnav: Unki tarah romance karne ki kya zaroorat hai Khushi?
Khushi(shocked): huh?
Arnav(non-chalantly): Ha! Hum apne tareeqe se romance karenge! Humein unk tareeqe ko aazmaane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai!
Khushi(confused): Hum.. kuch samjhe nahi.
Arnav: Main samjhaata hoon. Tumhari filmon me hero heroine k saamne apni knee par baithta hoga aur..
usse ring deta hoga na?
Khushi: Ha! Dena kya hai? Woh toh seedhe heroine ko angoothi pehna deta hai!
Arnav: Tumhara hero tumhe ring nahi dega,woh tumhe lipstick dega!
Khushi: Lipstick?!
Arnav nods as he opens the paperbag from Hermes which he had been holding ever since they got
into the balloon.
Out comes a Chanel lipstick which he gives to Khushi,albeit while standing.
Khushi(smiles): Shukriya! Aapne isse..
Arnav(interrupts): Right! Main isse lene k liye hi wahaan gaya tha.
Khushi: Oh..! Toh woh aftershave?
Arnav(points to the paperbag): woh bhi yaheen hai! Waise,tumhari filmon me hero heroine ko kiss kartaa
hoga,right?
Khushi: a.. haan.
Arnav: Tumhara hero tumhe kiss nahi karega.
Khushi was disappointed to hear that.
Arnav(smirks): Woh kiss k alaava bhi bahut kuch karega!
An already shocked Khushi was all the more shocked when Arnav pulled her towards himself.
The next moment: His lips were on hers.
The moment after that: His arms went beneath her pallu & around her waist.

The moment after that: His left hand was in her hair while his right arm was still around her waist.
All this while Khushi's hands were fisted around the collar of his kurta.

He broke the kiss soon after only to kiss other parts of her face like her crimson cheeks,her red nose
& her forehead.
Before Khushi knew it,he was nibbling at her neck while his hands had unclasped her blouse.
His hands ran up & down her back while his nose nuzzled the crook of her neck & shoulder.
Though Khushi was enjoying it,she felt it was time to stop him before he went any further.
So she called his name even though it seemed like a moan.
But she was glad when Arnav stopped what he was doing, understanding perfectly what she could not
say.
He turned her around to clasp her blouse,which he did but not before showering her back with feather
light kisses.
When he turned her around,he took her mouth once more in a kiss which lasted for a long
time.
It would suffice to say that Khushi was glad that the balloon touched the ground before
Arnav could go for a hatrick(kiss).
Whereas Arnav was happy that Khushi was wearing a non transferable lipstick.

As they disembarked from the balloon,Arnav noticed the smile which lit up Khushi's face.
A crew member(CM) approached them before he could utter a word.
CM: Did u enjoy the ride ma'm?
Khushi(smiles): Yes,I did!
She turned ever so slightly towards Arnav.
Khushi: It was beyond my expectations!
CM: What about u sir?
Arnav(lopsided grin): Oh,I loved it! It was out of this world!
CM: I'm glad that u both enjoyed the ride! And I hope that u will come back to us on ur
next visit.
Arnav: I guess,we will?(knudges Khushi)Wont we,Mrs. Raizada?
Khushi: Yes,we will.
CM: Thank u sir,ma'm!
Khushi: We should be the ones thanking u-Thank u so much!
Arnav: Thank u!
As they walked away from him,Arnav whispered in Khushi's ear.
Arnav: Mujhe thank u nahi kahogi,Mrs. Raizada?
Khushi: Bilkul kahenge! Bahut,bahut shukriya! Hamesha ki tarah iss baar bhi, humari
haqeeqat humare sapnon se kayeen guna zyaada sundar aur yaadgaar rahi! Sirf aur
sirf aapki badaulat! So,thank u very,very,verrryyy much! (kisses his cheek)U r a
magarmachh! (crocodile)
Arnav(shocked): What the..!? Magarmachh!? May I know why I am a magarmachh?
Khushi: Pataa nahi!
Arnav: Pataa nahi matlab kya? Magarmachh se compare kyun kar rahi ho woh toh bataao.
Khushi: Areh hum toh aise hi keh rahe the! Jab hum school me the na tab hum aur humari
saheliyaan jab kisi ko thank u very much kehte the toh saath me u r a magarmachh bhi
kehte the,chupke se! Ab kyun kehte the yeh toh humein abhi yaad nahi aa raha hai!
Arnav: Well,I dont know if I am a magarmachh or not but,seriously Khushi..
Khushi(stops walking): Kya?
Arnav(flicks the tip of her nose): U r too much!
Khushi smiles as they resume their journey towards the other side of the shore.

Arnav(sitting on the bed): Ab bataao,mujhe kya karnaa hoga?
Khushi sits next to him on the bed & holds his hand.
Khushi: Woh.. Aapko aaj humare saath..
Arnav(eager): Kya?
Khushi: Aapki.. favourite position aazmaani hogi!
Khushi is shocked when Arnav withdraws his hand.
Arnav: Not happening,Khushi!
Khushi: Kyun nahi?
Arnav: Tumhe yaad hai jab tumne mujhse poochha tha ki maine aaj tak meri favorite position
kyun nahi aazmaayi toh maine kya kaha tha?
Khushi: Ji,aapne kaha tha ki..
*Flashback*
Khushi: ..humein yeh toh bataaiyye ki aapki favourite position kaunsi hai?
Arnav: ..hai 1 position jo sab hi positions me se mujhse sabse zyaada pasand hai. But ab tak humne
usse try nahi kiya hai.
Khushi: Agar aapko woh position itni hi pasand hai toh phir aapne usse aaj tak aazmaaya kyun nahi?
Arnav: Kyunki main jaanta hoon ki tum abhi uss position ko aazmaane k liye ready nahi ho. Uss position
me tum dominating role me hogi- jo hoga woh kaise hoga,slow hoga ya fast hoga,etc sab tum decide karogi.
Abhi uss k liye jitne confidence ki zaroorat hai woh tumhare andar nahi hai.
He cups her face.
Arnav: Tumhe mujh par bharosa hai na?
Khushi: Ha,hai.
Arnav: Toh bas keep trusting me. Jab mujhe lagega ki tum uss position k liye ready ho tab main khud se
 kahunga usse try karne k liye.
*Flashback ends*
Arnav: Jab tumhe sab kuch yaad hai toh tum mujhse aaj woh position aazmaane k liye kyun keh
rahi ho?
Khushi: Kyunki humein lagtaa hai ki.. ab hum usse aazmaane k liye taiyyaar hain.
Arnav: How can u say that? Tumhe toh pataa bhi nahi hai ki woh position kaisi hai,uss me kya karnaa hai,
kaise karnaa hai,etc. Toh tumne yeh kaise decide kar liya ki tum uss k liye ready ho?
Khushi: Dekhiye Arnavji,hum oral k liye taiyyaar nahi the. Par phir humne khud ko taiyyaar kar liya aur..
sab kuch theek se kiya naa humne? Waise hi,aap humein position k baare me bataaiyye. Phir hum khud ko
taiyyaar kar lenge aur usse aazmaa lenge.
Arnav: Par oral is a different thing altogether,Khushi. I can say this for a fact ki ab tak tum uss position k liye
ready nahi ho! Jab tum ho jaaogi toh main khud tumhe bataaunga okay? So please have patience! Just bcoz
 yeh humara honeymoon hai uss ka matlab yeh nahi hota hai ki humein sab kuch abhi aur yaheen karnaa hai!
Aur iss se..
He stops upon noticing Khushi's crestfallen face.
Arnav(sighs): Look Khushi,tum yeh mat samjhna ki.. u're not capable or anything of that sort! (holds her hand)
Tumne iss trip me bahut achchhi progress ki hai! Tumhara graph..
Khushi(interrupts): Graph?
Arnav(checks himself): a.. sorry! I mean tum me bahut saare positive changes aaye hain! I know ki tum pehle se
zyaada confident ho gayi ho. Aur..
Khushi(interrupts again): Toh phir hum aapki wali position kyun nahi aazmaa sakte?
Arnav: Kyunki uss k liye aur zyaada confidence ki zaroorat padegi. Jab main keh raha hoon ki tum uss k liye ready nahi
ho toh tum maan kyun nahi rahi ho?
Khushi makes a face.
Arnav: I'm sorry Khushi! Mujhe pataa hai tumhe bura lag raha hai but.. there's noway we're trying that position right now.
Khushi(sighs): Theek hai.
Arnav: Agar main tumhare liye kuch aur kar saktaa hoon toh bataao..
Khushi: Pain relieving spray lagaa dijiye.
Arnav(touches her leg): Pair dukh rahe hain?
Khushi nods.
Arnav: Dabaa doon?
Khushi(shakes her head): Nahi,bas spray lagaa dijiye.Aur phir so jaiyye.
Arnav: Tum so jao. Main packing kar leta hoon.
Khushi: Packing?
Arnav(nods): Ha. Kal time nahi milega isiliye aaj hi kar raha hoon.
Khushi: Agar aisaa hai toh hum bhi..
Arnav(interrupts): Let it be! Tum thak gayi ho toh so jao. Main kal subha kaam karne k liye jaldi uthne hi wala hoon.
Tab main tumhe jagaa dunga aur tum apni packing kar lena.
Khushi: Theek hai.
Khushi lies down after rolling up her nightgown.

*The next morning*
ArShi set out for the beach earlier than the previous day.
As usual,Arnav rode the bike while Khushi sat behind him,clutching his waist.
Arnav smiles upon hearing Khushi singing her favourite song.
Khushi(sings softly): Aaj mausam hai suhaanaa,
                              Beach par jaane ka hai baahaanaa!
                              Lala,lala,lala!
                              (looking at the sky)
                              Kya dhoop nikli suhaani!
                              Ho gayi baadalon ki safaai!
                              What the,what the,what the..!?
Arnav: Aaj sirf mausam hi nahi tumhara mood bhi bahut suhana hai!
Khushi: So toh hai! Aaj kitne dinon k baad dhoop nikli hai! Pichhle kuch dinon se baadal,
baadal aur sirf baadal hi nazar aate the aasmaan me. Aur thand bhi zyaada thi. Par aaj thand bhi
kam hai aur suraj ki kirnon se aasmaan bhi roshan ho gaya hai!
Arnav: U're right! Aaj ka weather is ideal for a day at the beach. Sunny and breezy!
Khushi nods in agreement as Arnav takes the turn towards the beach.

The first watersport that Arnav chose was speedsailing.
He even got a competitor in the form of an American guy who willingly agreed to race with him.
Khushi(concerned): Iss me aapko koi khatraa toh nahi hoga na?
Arnav: Nahi,aisaa kuch bhi nahi hoga.
Khushi: Hum toh itni door baithe honge aur aap dono samandar ki gehraai tak jaayenge. Toh..
phir humein pataa kaise chalega ki kaun jeeta aur kaun haaraa?
Arnav: Main waapis aakar tumhe bataaunga.
Khushi: Theek hai. Aaraam se kariyega aur apnaa dhyaan rakhiyega.
Arnav kisses the top of her head before heading for the sport.
Khushi stood on the shore till the point where she could see Arnav's boat.
And when she could not,she went back to the beach chair while chanting Devi Maiyya's name.
Khushi: Hey Devi Maiyya! Arnavji ko sakushal waapis le aaiyyega. Aur unhi ko jitaaiyyega!
She sat there with her eyes fixed on the sea.

Khushi ran towards Arnav when he returned an hour or so later.
"Careful Khushi!",said Arnav as he steadied her by gripping her arms.
Khushi(panting): Aap.. theek toh hai.. naa?
Arnav: Yeah,I'm perfectly alright!
Khushi(smiles in relief): Devi Maiyya ka.. shukar hai! Waise.. kaun jeeta?
Arnav: Main!
Khushi(grins): Areh waah! Badhaai ho!
Arnav: Thank u!
Khushi: Achchha,suniye..
Arnav: Boliye?
Khushi: Ab humein nas..
She stopped abruptly when someone called him.
Khushi: Yeh toh aapk speedsailing k pratiyogi(competitor) hai na?
Arnav: Yup! (waves)Hey Sam!
Sam: Hey mate! Wanna play beach volleyball with the guys out there?
Arnav: Sure!
Sam: Thats great! Come along.
Arnav: U carry on. I'll join u in 5.
Sam: Sure!
Once he left,Arnav turned to Khushi.
Arnav: Tum bhi chalo na..
Khushi: Nahi,rehne dijiye. Saare ladkon k beechh hum kya karenge?
Arnav: I guess u're right.
Khushi: Aap jaiyye aur kheliye na! Hum aaraam se chhatri k neeche baithkar aaram karte hain.
Arnav(pecks her lips): Thanks for being so supportive!
Khushi(blushes): Bas,bas! Ab jaiyye bhi. Aapk dost aapki raah dekh rahe hain.
Arnav: Okay. I'll b back soon.

When a sweaty Arnav returned after 1/2 an hour or so,he found Khushi sleeping soundly on the beach chair.
She had covered her face with her sunhat.
Arnav removed the hat before he kissed her mouth, in a bid to wake her up.
Khushi's eyes flew open as soon as his mouth was upon hers.
Khushi: Aa.. aap?
Arnav(places the hat on her head): Ha,main!
She sat up straight and folded her legs,giving him some space to sit.
Khushi: Kaisaa raha aapka khel?
Arnav: It was pretty good but tiring as well!
He sat down on the edge of the beach chair.
Khushi kept the hat aside before wiping the sweat off his forehead with her dupatta.
Arnav: Oh Khushi,please! Kyun tum apne dupatte ko spoil karnaa chahti ho?
Khushi: Kyunki humein dupatte se zyaada aapki parvaah hai!Agar aapne yeh paseena nahi pochha na toh aapko
sardi lag jaayegi. Rahaa sawaal dupatte ka toh woh toh dhulte hi saaf ho jaayega.
Arnav nodded while bending his head.
Khushi: Waise humein samajh nahi aaya ki aapne aaj phir se humein buaji ki di hui yeh dress pehenne k liye
kyun kaha?
Arnav: Kyunki tum iss me bahut hi achchhi lag rahi ho!
Khushi stopped what she was doing when he raised his head to hypnotise her with his charming eyes.
She didnt realize when the end of the dupatta slipped out of her hand.
Arnav tucked a stray lock of her hair behind her ear before he spoke,all the while looking into her eyes.
Arnav: Kal tum keh rahi thi na ki samandar k 3 rang hote hain?
Khushi nodded mutely.
Arnav: Par jo rang prominently nazar aate hain woh hain green aur white. Aur tumhari iss dress ka color bhi green
aur white hai.
Khushi nodded again.
Arnav: Toh jab tum seashore par isse pehenkar khadi thi tab aisaa lag raha tha jaise koi waternymph sea se ubhar
kar aayi ho!
Khushi's stupor was broken with that one sentence
Khushi: Kya?!
Arnav nodded honestly.
Arnav: Bas 1 hi cheez ki kami thi..
He opened the loose knot of her hair which fell in waves down her shoulders.
Arnav: There! Ab agar tum wahaan khadi hui na toh tum puri tarah se waternymph ki tarah lagogi!
Khushi(smacks his forehead): Aap bhi na Arnavji!Kahaan jalpari aur kahaan hum?
She was about to tie her hair when Arnav prevented her from doing so.
Arnav: Thodi der k liye inhe khula rehne do.
Khushi: Theek hai.
He ran his knuckles on her cheeks which turned a beautiful shade of crimson.
Khushi(lowers her gaze): Arr.. navv.. ji..
Arnav: Hmm?
Khushi: woh.. humlog.. beach par hain.
Arnav(leans closer): Ha,toh?
Khushi closed her eyes in order to block his handsome face from her view.
Khushi: Tt.. toh.. yeh sab.. mat kijiye.
Arnav(kisses her cheek): Yeh chalega?
Khushi shook her head slightly.
Arnav(nibbles her earlobe): Yeh?
Khushi whimpered as he took her earlobe between his teeth.
Arnav(nuzzles her neck): Aurr yehh?
Khushi moaned in response.
Arnav kissed her collar bone before getting up suddenly.
Khushi(opens her eyes): Kya hua?
Arnav: Kuch nahi! Main surfing karne k liye jaa raha hoon.
Khushi(gets up): Hum bhi chalte hain.
Arnav(shocked): Surfing k liye?
Khushi: Nahi,aise hi, 1 chakkar lagaane k liye. Tabse baithe-baithe ub gaye hain.
Arnav: Fine.

Khushi's heart bounced inside her chest as Arnav's surf board cascaded up & down with the waves.
A moment later,a large wave hit the surf board & it disappeared alongwith him,just like that!
Khushi(shocked): Hey Devi Maiyya! Humein.. Arnavji nazar kyun nahi aa rahe hain? (dreads)Kahin..
Arnavji(gulps) d.. doob toh.. nahi gaye na?
She breaks into a cold sweat at the thought.
Khushi: Agar.. sach me aisaa hua toh? Humein kaise pataa chalega? Kahin yeh na ho jaaye ki hum
yahaan unk baahar aane ka intezaar karte rahe aur woh.. wahaan?
She tightly shut her eyes in an attempt to shut her mind which was coming up with all sorts of disturbing
thoughts.
When she opened them a few seconds later she could see a hint of a surfboard in the distance.
Her heart beat with renewed hope.
Khushi: Shaayad.. woh Arnavji hain..
She took some steps towards the sea in order to get a better view.
And it was only when she did so that she realized that it was someone else.
Khushi: Yeh toh.. Arnavji nahi hain. Toh phir.. Arnavji.. kahaan gaye?
Without wasting another moment,she turned & ran towards The Centre Nautique,as fast as the sand allowed.
And as quickly as her legs could carry her.
She was stopped midway by a man who seemed familiar but khushi could not place who he was.
Man: What happened Mrs. Raizada?
Khushi(panting): I.. cant see.. my husband,Arnav.. ji.. I dont know.. where he is.. I hope he.. didnt..
Man: Please calm down. Tell me,where & when did u last see him?
Khushi pointed towards the sea with her right hand.
Man: What was he doing?
Khushi: Surfing..
Man: Just wait,ma'm. I'll inform 1 of the crew members.
With that he rushed to call for help.

Khushi's blood froze when the crew members dragged Arnav out of the rescue boat.
His eyes were closed,his neck hung down and his shoulders were slack.
Khushi could not even bring herself to utter a word,let alone shout or scream.
She simply dragged her feet to that spot on the beach where they laid him.
A crowd gathered around her in no time.
The man who had gone to call for help saw Khushi & got up.

Khushi found her voice with this realization.
Meanwhile,when a crew member pressed his palms on his(Arnav's) chest,Arnav threw up water.

Man: Relax ma'm! (points to Arnav)He has ingested some water,thats why..

Khushi: So y dont u buy it on r way back to the hotel?
Arnav: Coz the city centre will shut shop by that time.
Khushi: Okay. But then where will u keep it?
Arnav: I'll take it along.
Khushi: R u sure that they'll allow u to take that in the hot air balloon?

A cool breeze caressed her face and she closed her eyes for a few moments.
The scene which her mind played seemed straight out of a Bollywood flick.
She was standing in the same balloon,but in Arnav's arms.
Arnav kissed her passionately as the balloon ascended the sky.
While the balloon was descending,Arnav went down on 1 knee.
Khushi gasped in surprise upon finding a diamond ring in his hand.
Very soon the same ring adorned her right middle finger.
When Arnav got up,she threw her arms around him.
The reality,however,was totally different.
Arnav was standing right next to her. But he was niether kissing her nor was he even looking at her.
He seemed more interested in peering down.
When Arnav realized that Khushi was looking at him,he turned to her with a smile.
Arnav: These lights.. the panaromic view.. its all so beautiful,isnt it?
Khushi: Ya.. it is. But I've seen a similar view from the flight while we were leaving Delhi.

Khushi: So there's nothing new about this view.
Arnav: The ride is new,Khushi. U've never been for a hot air balloon ride before. This is ur

So she called his name even though it seemed like a moan.
But she was glad when Arnav stopped what he was doing, understanding perfectly what she could not

He turned her around to clasp her blouse,which he did but not before showering her back with feather
light kisses.
When he turned her around,he took her mouth once more in a kiss which lasted for a long
time.
It would suffice to say that Khushi was glad that the balloon touched the ground before

Whereas Arnav was happy that Khushi was wearing a non transferable lipstick.

Arnav(places the hat on her head): Ya,its me!
She sat up straight and folded her legs,giving him some space to sit.
Khushi: How was ur game?
Arnav: It was pretty good but tiring as well!
He sat down on the edge of the beach chair.
Khushi kept the hat aside before wiping the sweat off his forehead with her dupatta.
Arnav: Oh Khushi,please! Y do u want to spoil ur dupatta?
Khushi: Coz I care more about u than I care about the dupatta!If u dont wipe this sweat,u'll catch a cold. As far as
the dupatta is concerned,it'll be fine as soon as its washed.

Arnav: So when u were standing on the seashore while wearin this dress,it seemed to me like a waternymph had come out of the sea!
Khushi's stupor was broken with that one sentence
Khushi: What?!
Arnav nodded honestly.
Arnav: U felt short of only 1 thing..
He opened the loose knot of her hair which fell in waves down her shoulders.
Arnav: There! Now if u stand o'er there u'll look totally like a waternymph!
Khushi(smacks his forehead): U're too much, Arnavji!I mean.. me & jalpari(waternymph)?
She was about to tie her hair when Arnav prevented her from doing so.
Arnav: Let them be for a while.
Khushi: Okay.
He ran his knuckles on her cheeks which turned a beautiful shade of crimson.
Khushi(lowers her gaze): Arr.. navv.. ji..
Arnav: Hmm?
Khushi: we're.. on the.. beach.
Arnav(leans closer): Ya,so?
Khushi closed her eyes in order to block his handsome face from her view.
Khushi: So.. dont.. do this.
Arnav(kisses her cheek): Will this do?
Khushi shook her head slightly.
Arnav(nibbles her earlobe): This?
Khushi whimpered as he took her earlobe between his teeth.
Arnav(nuzzles her neck): What bout this?
Khushi moaned in response.
Arnav kissed her collar bone before getting up suddenly.
Khushi(opens her eyes): What happened?
Arnav: Nothing! I'm goin for surfin'.
Khushi(gets up): I'm also going.
Arnav(shocked): For surfing?
Khushi: No! For a stroll on the seashore. I'm tired of sitting over here.
Arnav: Fine.

Khushi's heart bounced inside her chest as Arnav's surf board cascaded up & down with the waves.
A moment later,a large wave hit the surf board & it disappeared alongwith him,just like that!
Khushi(shocked): Hey Devi Maiyya! Y cant I.. see.. Arnavji? (dreads)Did..
Arnavji(gulps) get d.. drowned?
She breaks into a cold sweat at the thought.
Khushi: What if.. that happens? How will I know if he's safe.. or not?What if I keep waiting for him
here & he..?
She tightly shut her eyes in an attempt to shut her mind which was coming up with all sorts of disturbing
thoughts.
When she opened them a few seconds later she could see a hint of a surfboard in the distance.
Her heart beat with renewed hope.
Khushi: May be.. thats Arnavji..
She took some steps towards the sea in order to get a better view.
And it was only when she did so that she realized that it was someone else.
Khushi: Yeh toh.. Arnavji nahi hain. Toh phir.. Arnavji.. kahaan gaye?
Without wasting another moment,she turned & ran towards The Centre Nautique,as fast as the sand allowed.
And as quickly as her legs could carry her.
She was stopped midway by a man who seemed familiar but khushi could not place who he was.
Man: What happened Mrs. Raizada?
Khushi(panting): I.. cant see.. my husband,Arnav.. ji.. I dont know.. where he is.. I hope he.. didnt..
Man: Please calm down. Tell me,where & when did u last see him?
Khushi pointed towards the sea with her right hand.
Man: What was he doing?
Khushi: Surfing..
Man: Just wait,ma'm. I'll inform 1 of the crew members.
With that he rushed to call for help.

Khushi's blood froze when the crew members dragged Arnav out of the rescue boat.
His eyes were closed,his neck hung down and his shoulders were slack.
Khushi could not even bring herself to utter a word,let alone shout or scream.
She simply dragged her feet to that spot on the beach where they laid him.
A crowd gathered around her in no time.
The man who had gone to call for help saw Khushi & got up.
Man(walks up to her): Mr Raizada has passed out. May be because of the exertion..
But Khushi knew exactly why he had passed out.
*Flashback*
When Khushi woke up,she found Arnav busy with his laptop.
Khushi: Arnavji..
Arnav looked up for a fleeting moment before turning back to the laptop.
Arnav: Good mornin'!
Khushi: Good morning! Did u have coffee with ur breakfast?
Arnav: No. We dont have the time to have breakfast,Khushi. We're getting late. We'll leave for the beach as soon
as u're ready.
Khushi: What about breakfast?
Arnav: We'll have it on the beach itself.
Khushi: No,lets have it here only. How much time is required to have 1 sandwich?
Arnav: I dont have time,Khushi. I need to finish some important work. And then I need to collect the tickets from the
beach. Dont worry! We'll have our breakfast durin the gap between 2 consecutive watersports.
*Flashback ends*
Khushi found her voice with this realization.
Meanwhile,when a crew member pressed his palms on his(Arnav's) chest,Arnav threw up water.
Khushi: Arnavji!
Man: Relax ma'm! (points to Arnav)He has ingested some water,thats why..
Khushi(to the man):He has fainted bcoz of low sugar.
Man: I see..
Khushi: Please get something sweet! Fast!
Man(nods): I'll arrange for it.
He had barely turned to go when they heard a sweet voice.
"Will a chocolate do?"
Khushi turned around to find a girl of about 5 holding a small bar of chocolate.
When she nodded,the girl came up to her to give her chocolate.
Khushi(pats her cheek): Thank u!
Girl: U're welcome!

Khushi placed Arnav's head in her lap as the crew member threw some water on his face in order to make him
conscious.
Arnav held his head with his hand as he slowly opened his eyes.
Khushi: Arnavji,here.. have this chocolate.
When she brought the chocolate to his mouth,Arnav took a small bite of it.
He coughed & threw it up.
Khushi(rubs his chest): Take it easy!
She broke a small piece & fed it to him.
This time Arnav chewed it,much to her relief.
Khushi: Have some more..
Thus Khushi fed him the entire chocolate as people continued to look on.
Arnav opened his eyes and nodded towards Khushi.
Arnav: I'm fine..
Khushi: I can see that! Thats y I'd told u have breakfast before leaving for the beach. But u never listened to me! Did u
see the result?
Arnav: I'm sorry!
Khushi: R u.. feeling better now?
Arnav nods while trying to get up.
The crew members immediately came to his aid.
He thanked them before they dispersed the crowd.
Only Khushi,the man who'd helped & the small girl & her mother remained close to Arnav.
Arnav(turns to the man): Thank u Mr. Leverett!
When she heard the name,Khushi remembered that he was the one who had taken them to the horse carriage the other day.
Mr. Leverett:Please dont thank me! U should thank mrs. Raizada! Had she not sensed that u were in danger,I could not have arranged
for help.
Arnav: U're right!
He shifted his gaze to Khushi & dissolved her anger with his smile.
Arnav: Thank u,Mrs Raizada!
Mr. Leverett decided to leave the couple alone.
Khushi: U need to say thank u to someone else as well.
Arnav(frowns): Whos that?
Khushi(points to the girl): This girl! She was the 1 who offered her chocolate,the one that u had just now.
Arnav(looking at the girl): Thank u!
Girl(smiles sweetly): U're welcome! How are you feeling now?
Arnav: Better..
Girl: Get well soon,Mister!
Arnav(smiles): Thanks!
She & her mother were about to leave when Khushi stopped them.
Walking up to the girl,she kneeled down next to her.
Khushi: You didnt tell me ur name,did u?
Girl: I'm Ann & this is my mommy,Freida.
Khushi smiled at her mother who smiled back at her.
Khushi: Will u wait here for a few minutes? I have something for u.
Girl: Sure!
A puzzled Arnav watched Khushi going towards their tent.
Arnav(thinks): Khushi kya laane jaa rahi hai iss bachchhi k liye?
When Khushi came back,he saw a few Euros in her hand.
Khushi(to the girl): This is for u!
Girl: But I didnt buy the chocolate! It was a gift from Uncle Ken.
Khushi(smiles): This is not for the chocolate. This is just my way of saying thank u! It was very nice of u to help me!
She placed the notes in her palm.
Khushi: So,thank u very much!
She kissed the girl's forehead who smiled in return.
Girl: U're welcome! And thank u for this!
Khushi: U're welcome!
She bid goodbye to the girl & her mother before returning to Arnav's side.
Arnav: Y did u give her the money?
Khushi: Coz I dont hav anything else which I could give. Thats y I took this money from ur wallet.
Arnav: Thats okay! But why? I'm sure there must b a reason behind it?
Khushi: Yes,there is! I believe Devi Maiyya heard my prayers. When I was unable to see u,I'd prayed to Her. Not only did She
answer my prayers,She even sent that girl to help me! So how could I let her go empty handed?Thats y I gave her some money.
Arnav: U mean to say that she was Devi Maiyya's.. incarnation?
Khushi(shakes her head): So she was a doot who was sent by Devi Maiyya!
Arnav(frowns): Doot? U mean.. angel?
Khushi: Ya,u can say that. When Her devotees r in trouble & Devi Maiyya cant help them Herself,She sends a doot to help her devotees.
That girl,for me,was Devi Maiyya's doot!
Arnav rolls his eyes as he tries to get up.
Khushi helps him onto his feet before throwing her arms around him.
Arnav rubs her back comfortingly.
Arnav: I'm fine,Khushi..
Khushi(cries): I cant tell u how many scary thoughts had entered my mind! I felt like I'd lost u! And I..
Arnav: Ssshhh! Relax baby! I'm here na? And I'm better. Everything's fine now.
Khushi(breaks the hug): When u passed out,u mustve fallen off the.. surfboard na? (concerned)Did u get hurt?
Arnav: No. All that I remember is that.. I felt dizzy. The sunshine was way too strong & I was findin it
tough to keep my eyes open. Before I knew it I lost my balance &..
Khushi(interrupts): Enough! I understood.
She rests her head on his chest as Arnav wraps an arm around her waist.
Arnav(kisses her head): Now should we have r breakfast?
Khushi: Ya & then we leave for the hotel. U're not going for any other watersport!
Arnav: As u say,ma'm!
Khushi: And I will ride the bike.
Arnav: No issues! Should we leave? I need to change before we have r grub.
Khushi: Yeah,lets go..
They walked arm in arm towards the beachside cafe.

Arnav: The problem is that..  Aman was sayin that if we dont finalize the deal asap,we might loose the plot.
Khushi: Hey Devi Maiyya! Which means.. we'll have to go to Gulmarg tomorrow,instead of going back to Paris?
Arnav: No Khushi. How can we go to Gulmarg now?
Khushi: Then how will.. the deal take place?
Arnav: It'll take place! We will get the plot!
Khushi: How? How can we get the plot until u sign the papers?
Arnav: I have an idea!
