Episode opens with the hazy view of back to back different sites such as Yellow night club's room, party, a lady with gun in her hand and a man's dead body.
It begins from the first scene then, a director Verma persuades a newcomber Bindiya to drink, and she refuses but then agrees and is heavily drunk. A broker Chhutkan notices all this and goes to Verma. He tells him that he only introduced Bindiya to him and hence he should shower his favors on him also. Verma insults him and leaves, Chhutkan starts murmuring.
Verma guides Bindiya who is heavily drunk. A bullet shot is heard thereafter and all rush towards the direction. They spot Bindiya with a gun in her hand and blood strains all over her clothes and neck, Verma's dead body was inside the room. Police is called, they arrest Bindiya.
Bindiya's ex-fianc Chandan meets KD and requests him to rescue Bindiya as her parents too have rejected here because she ran away breaking their engagement, she wanted to be an actress. They both go to meet Bindiya. Bindiya is horrified and she utters that no one can save her, she must have killed Verma as she had the gun. A flashback is shown:
Bindiya visits Chhutkan who tells her that he showed her video to director Verma and he's very impressed, he then asks her to come to a party. At the party, Verma announces the crew of his film "Main hoon jaanwar" and then Chandan points towards Bindiya. Verma notices her and announces her as the lead of his project which horrifies the previously appointed actress Tanya. Tanya insults Bindiya and threatens Verma. Thereafter Verma talks to Bindiya about the film. His choreographers notice them and gossip. Verma asks Bindiya to check out from her hotel and move in his residence. Bindiya arrives and the servant Kamlesh guides her to her room. He goes out when suddenly someone enters in Bindiya's room and she screams. Kamlesh rushes back and sees Bindiya on the floor; she however convinces him that nothing happened. She spots a woman's clothes and jewels under the bed sheet and is stunned. Kamlesh tells her that it must be Tanya's and leaves.
Flashback is over and Chandan reveals that he went in her room, to take her back but had to leave as she screamed and Kamlesh rushed back. Bindiya then focuses on the party story through another flashback. She's heavily drunk and Verma takes her to his room where he asks her to perform a scene where she has to threaten her enemy to death. He gives her his gun and asks her to consider him her enemy. Thereafter a bullet is fired and Verma is dead. KD notices her right hand.
The prosecutor calls the staff members of yellow night club as her witnesses. Manager reveals that they heard the gun shot after Verma took Bindiya with her. KD asks him what was the interval between them entering the room and the bullet shot being heard? Manager replies half an hour. KD then states that he can't say that both were alone in the room. Then he questions what time they took to reach there after the bullet shot? Manager replies it took 5-6 minutes. KD states this time is enough to escape.
He further utters that Bindiya belongs to a small village of the state and she ran away to become an actress. Why she would kill Verma then, who was trying to fulfill her dreams? Prosecutor guesses that she must have been discarded as she wasn't the first choice, KD rejects it as there's no proof. Prosecutor calls Dave and asks him if he got the clue of any third person in the room? Dave denies.
KD then utters that there was gum on the gun and he noticed the gum on Bindiya's hands too, since Bindiya's hands weren't checked, he can't prove it. He then confirms with Dave that the gun had gum and a bottle was discovered on the crime site too. KD then states that Verma applied gum on his gun as well as Bindiya's hands to paste it. So they need to test that when the gum was applied, and who fired?
KD asks Varun and Srman to visit the club and check the guest list as well as Verma's house. Varun and Srman spot a car at the club; its staff tells them that this is parked here since Verma's death. Nobody came to take it back.
In the court, KD reveals that as per the film script, its heroinee has magnetic power in her hands. So Verma applied gum on her hands to make her feel the power. The gum bottle has only Verma's fingerprints. Thereafter KD raises a question, the door was closed after Verma entered his room with Bindiya. And the gun was attached to her hands via gum, so who opened the door after his murder?
He calls Chhutkan in the witness box and questions him. Meanwhile, the manager reveals that he argued with Verma in the party. KD exposes the way to escape through the back side of the club and asks Chhutkan about his shoe no. Chhutkan replies 9.
Then he calls Shilpa, one among the choreographers. She tells him that she wasn't well and hence left early after meeting Verma in the party.
Tanya is called. She utters that she was dubbing in the recording studio. Viplesh comes and confirms this. KD requests the judge to summon the recordists and take their statements to confirm. Viplesh accepts his lie and reveals that Tanya wasn't there. Tanya thereafter defends her and says that she went with everyone after the bullet shot was heard.
In KD's office, Srman informs him that the car parked in the club is Raunak's, Shilpa's partner choreographer. Varun and Srman visit Shilpa and ask her about Ranuak. Shilpa is clueless about him and tells them he isn't at his home too. A staff calls her and she goes to talk to him. Someone disturbs the screws of the light fixed above the place where Varun and Srman were sitting. Srman suddenly looks up and spots it.
