Claire Holt to Exit "The Originals"

Hey Guys,

Just thought to share that Claire will be leaving the show (😭😭).

I don't know how I can look forward to the show without Rebekah in it.

It is truly a shocking news. why oh why😭.

Apparently, the show's executive producer (ahem, Julie Plec) and Warner Bros. TV decided that Rebekah's storyline had taken a direction making her character non-essential for the series going forward.

If the above case is true then i am disappointed with JP. if you can't find a storyline for a character you kill them or send them off on a uncecessary long journey then if you thought of a storyline for them then bring them back.

isn't it enough they ruined TVD why do they have to ruin TO too😡

According to reports it was Claire's decision to leave... But it is sad... I'll miss Rebekah... The show won't be the same without her😭 Edited by miss_bennet - 10 years ago

maybe true but why would she want to leave such a popular show. anyways best of luck for her future endeavors.

Really shocked she left
I always saw her with Klaus
She was with him at all times in TVD aswell

I hope she comes back at significant points as well
Her story urgently needed working on, never say never
Wish her the best

She was the strongest female character in TO :(

I guess she stayed on to promote and launch the show and now want to focus on her carrier. I hope she comes back next season.
