In an interesting turn of events, Ajmal, Panchi Bora starrer Prabhanjanam, which released on April 18, is going to be aired on ETV later today. The move has surprised quite a lot of people since the film had released less than 10 days ago; however, rumours are abuzz that since the film revolves around creating awareness among voters, it's a wise move to air it just before the elections. Bhaskar Rao Vendrati had produced and directed the film. 

Incidentally, Minugurulu, which released in January this year, was made available for viewers to watch it on a pay per view basis on DTH services on the same day as its theatrical release.
