Hi, I think, Babu. Rani and Gayathri walking out house is good move... That could be a rented house... If Babu ask MM to get out of the house, he will start black mailing again, like is this your own house? (If prasad had bought it, they could be in for further trouble). He will create issues after issues... Getting out is a good deal.. But, sure, they will be sighted by Prasad/MM very soon..
