After 8 years...
In these years the house has changed completely! Interiors, furnitures, everything have changed, but the people are still the same.---------
Two small-small boys were running around the hall. Suddenly a vase fell down and broke into pieces. Both the boys got scared.
Boy 1: Marr gaye!
Boy 2: Aaj Mumma hume chhorengi nehi...
Rashi came down angrily and glared at the boys with fiery eyes.
Rashi: Tum donoki to aaj khaer nehi!
She started running after them.
Rashi: (running after them)Aaj tumne phir ek vase todh dia. Din-ba-din shaitan horahe ho tum dono!
The cat-mouse game continued. Jigar came downstairs.
Jigar: (seeing the cat-mouse game)Uff...aaj phirse!
Then one of the boys rolled lots of marbles on the floor, which made Rashi slip. But fortunately, Jigar got hold of her and saved her from falling. Then they shared an eye-lock, they smiled.
A young girl of 10-11 years came downstairs and saw them.
Girl: Baba, Maasi! Dadi aarahi hai!
Rashi and Jigar got frightened hearing that and stood straight, but couldn't find any elder. The girl started laughing.
Girl: Aap dono to sach mei darr gaye!(laughs)
Then Rashi and Jigar were embarrassed.
Rashi: Meera!! Apne bhaiyo ke saath-saath tu bhi bohot shaitan horahi ho.(started running behind her)
Meera: Lasi Masi,(making the same tone she used to speak in her childhood)aap mere pichhe dourenge to Nikhil aur Nihal ko kaun pakrega???
Rashi: (still running behind Meera)Usske liye Jigar-ji...(stops seeing Jigar standing and laughing)Jigar-ji, aap khare-khare hans kya kar rahe hai!
Jigar: (controls his laugh)Mai kya karu?
Rashi: Jigar-ji, aap humare inn do shaitan, Nikhil aur Nihal, ko pakar nehi sakte?
Jigar: Ye "cat-mouse" game tum aur tumhare bachho ko hi suit karta hai. I am fine here, please keep me out of this game...
Rashi: Jigar-ji, ab aap ki khaer nehi!!(was about to run behind him)
Jigar: Mrs. Rashi Modi, agar aap Mr. Jigar Modi k pichhe bhagengi to Nikhil Modi, Nihal Modi aur Meera Modi aapke haath se nikal jayenge. So now decide! Kiske pichhe dourna hai?? Huh?
Rashi: Jigar-ji, aap bhi!
Jigar, Meera, Nikhil and Nihal started laughing. Nikhil and Nihal gave high five to each other.
Nihal: Mumma ke team mei koi bhi nehi hai.(laughs)
Rashi was fuming.
Rashi: (annoyed)Four of you...are just DISGUSTING!!
Saying this she left upstairs. Four of them continued laughing.
Meera: Baba, aap khare kya hai? Jaiye jaake Masi ko manaiye.
Jigar: Haan, thik kaha. Mai chalta hu, nehi to meri khaer nehi!
Jigar had the last stroke of laugh before getting serious and leaving for upstairs.
Nikhil and Nihal still continued laughing. Meera gave them an angry look.
Meera: Aur tum dono!
Nikhil: Meera di, ab humne kya kia!
Meera: Tum dono ke wajah se hi Masi upset hogayi hai. Sari fasad ki jarr tum dono ho.
Nihal: (scared)To ab aap kya karengi??
Meera: Wahi jo Masi adhura chhorke gayi hai...(devilish smile)
Just as she finished, she started running behind them in the whole house, up-down, outside-inside...everywhere!
Another two pairs of eyes were watching the whole scene. That was of Hetal and Chirag.
Chirag: Inn aath saalo mei Meera jaise Rashi-Jigar ke khud ki bacchi bann gayi hai.
Hetal: Aapne bilkul sahi kaha. Rashi aur Jigar ne Meera ko bohot achhe se sambhala hai. Rashi to pehle se hi Meera ki maa thi, lekin iss hatse ke baad Jigar bhi usska pita banngaya hai. Meera ne Jigar ko aapne pita samaan darja dia hai, "baba" bulati hai use! Nehito Gopi aur Ahem ke jane ke baad...(got emotional)
Chirag: Itne saalo mei Rashi-Jigar hi jaise Meera ke parents banngaye hai. Unndonoke liye Nihal-Nikhil-Meera mei koi pharrk hi nehi.
Hetal: Thik kaha aapne.
After sometime...
Jigar was outside his room, banging on the door, calling out Rashi's name. Meera was passing by and came to him.
Meera: Kya baat hai, Baba? Aap darwaza pith kyu rahe hai?
Jigar: Tumne sahi kaha tha. Rashi bohot naraz hogayi hai. Darwaza bhi nehi khol rahi...
Meera: To kya masi aaj office nehi jayegi?
Jigar: Kal raat ko ussne kaha tha ki aaj vo ghar se kaam karegi.
Meera: Hmmm... Ab aap kya karenge...Masi ko manane ke liye?
Jigar: Mmm... Mai office jaa raha hu, aate aate kuch na kuch sochh hi lunga. Okay?
Meera nodded.
Jigar: Okay. Tumhe bahar se kuch chahiye?
Meera: Nope, baba!
Jigar: Bye, beta.
Meera: Bye, baba.
Jigar left.

Rashi was arranging cloths. Jigar entered, with his hands behind. [Actually, he was trying to sneak inside because he was scared of her anger]
Rashi: (without looking at him and continuing her work)Aap andar aasakte hai.
Jigar: Vo...mai...
Rashi: Mai aapke liye coffee lati hu.
She left. He sighed.
Jigar: Hoff! Bachh gaye... Ab kya kare...
Meera came.
Meera: Baba!
Jigar: Haan, beta, bolo?
Meera: Aap Maa ke liye kya laye ho?
Jigar: Kuch khaas nehi...
Meera: Batao na!
Jigar: Maine tumhari Maa ke liye ek bouquet, ek diamond set, chocolates aur ek file.(showing all these to her)
Meera: Bouquet, Set, Chocolates to samajh mei aata hai...lekin file??
Jigar: File! Working file. You know na, use office ke kaam karna kitna achha lagta hai. Isi liye.
Meera: Ooo. Nice! Very nice.
Rashi entered with a cup of coffee and noticed the gifts on the bed.
Rashi: Ye sab kya hai?
Meera ran away to provide RaJi some privacy.
Rashi: Ye lijiye aapki coffee.
Jigar: Thanks.
Rashi: Ye sab kya hai??
Jigar: Meera ki shaadi ke gifts.
Rashi: WHAT!!
Jigar: (laughs)Rashi, tum bhi na! Obviously ye gifts tumhare liye hai. Aur Meera ki shaadi ke baare mei hum future mei sochenge, hmmm?
Rashi: (with a little smile)Jigar-ji, aap bhi na...
Jigar: Oh finally!(keeping the cup aside and hugging her fron behind)Finally tum haansi to.
Rashi: Aapko pata hai mai aap charo se zyada der tak naraz nehi reh sakti. Phir bhi ye sab...
Jigar: To aisi kaun si baat hai jo meri pyaar si biwi ko pareshaan kar rahi hai?
Rashi: Ek hafte baad Meera ka birthday hai. Aur iss saal bhi...
Jigar: Kabhi na kabhi unnko wapas aana hi parega. Tum pareshaan matt ho.
Rashi: Pichhle saath saalo se jab se Meera mili hai tabse, humesha ek hi kami rahi hai. Vo hai Gopi aur jiju...
Jigar: Ye kami bhi puri hojayegi. Pehle tum ye batao kaunsa gift tumhe sabse zyada pasand aya.
Rashi: Kaunsa gift hai jo aap ne khud aapne haatho se laya hai?
Jigar: Tum guess karo.
Rashi: Ye bouquet.(caressing the flowers)Thank you.(smiles)
Jigar: Mai to tumhe batana hi bhul gaya.
Rashi: Kya?
Jigar: Kal mujhe ek hafte ke liye Shimla jana hoga.
Rashi: Achanak, Shimla?
Jigar: Last week tumne jo presentation di thi, Khanna Industries ko, unnko bohot pasand aya hai. Aur vo chahte hai ki hum kaam jald se jald shuru kare. Isi liye mujhe Shimla jana hoga.
Rashi: Lekin, Jigar-ji, ek hafte ke liye! Aapko pata hai na Meera humare bina aapna birthday celebrate nehi karegi. To phir...
Jigar: Tum chinta matt karo, mai kaam jaldi khatam karke wapas aajaunga.
Rashi: Achha? Phir...thik hai. (noticed the coffee)Dekhiye aapke batao batao mei coffee thandi hogayi. Mai garam karke lati hu, tabtak aap fresh hojaiye.
Jigar nodded and went to get freshened up. Rashi left with the coffee cup.
