CHAPTER 2:

 

Hours changed into days and days changed into month. It's been whole one month Sakshi joined ETF. Arjun often think if his day could go worse but Sakshi always proved him wrong. It can. Each day team members got to see new dramas.

Arjun was still looking for a bride. But whenever he saw some girl's photo he unknowingly started her comparing with Sakshi. Her nose is much thinner than Sakshi's. Her lips aren't full like Sakshi's. Sakshi's hair is longer, shinier and blacker than her is. His mind screams that she is not Sakshi you fool. But as arrogant he was he always put a hand on his mind's mouth. He and Sakshi Anand!! NO WAY...

Sakshi quickly mixed up with Aisha, Liza, Shree and Chotu. She also talk with Riya. But Riya doesn't mix up with her. Riya always kept a distance with her.

Shree was sitting in the conference room with long face. Riya and Aisha were doing paper works when Chotu entered. He came and sat beside Shree.

Chotu: Oye Shree kya hua? Tu itna udaas kiyu lag raha hai?

Shree: Rathod sir Delhi gye hue hai.

Chotu: Accha!! To issme itna udas hone wala kounsa baat hai?

Shree looked at him once then again stared at the void.

Shree: Tujhe pata hai na ki jab Rathod sir nehi hote to haame lead koun karta hai?

 Chotu stared at him with mouth wide.

Chotu: Samjhe ya samjhavuum. Aila. Ye to maine socha hi nehi. Tu ek kaam kar unke lye ek cup jabardast cutting chai mangwa. Kya pata subah subah cutting chai peeke shayed thoda thanda ho jye.

Shree: Already mangwa liya.

Just then Arjun entered and all the team members stood up from there chair.

Arjun: Kya ho raha hai yaha.

Shree: Sir woh kuch bhi nehi. Haam baas ek case ke bade mein discuss kar rahe the.

Then peon came and gave him his BELOVED cutting chai. Arjun was about to took a sip when Sakshi entered like a tornado. She collided with Arjun and the glass fall on the floor. They all gasped.

Arjun glared at Sakshi. She was wearing a sky blue salwar kamiz with as usual a lot of bangles. And Sakshi. She was thinking about breaking into a run. As that was next to impossible she gave Arjun her sweetest smile. Hoping it would mellow him down. Sakshi was looking at the glass and the chai with poor expression. If possible she would've repair the glass and filled it up again with cutting chai.

Giving her one last glare Arjun went to his cabin. Once inside his face lit up with a small smile. He shook his head and went to sit in his chair.

Arjun: Pagal ladki.

He remembered her cute puppy like expression and her smile which surely mellowed him down. And she was wearing his favorite color. She was looking beautiful. He shook his head. What the hell was he thinking? He concentrate on a file.

 Shree exhaled a breath he was holding and then shoot glare at Sakshi's direction.

Shree: Kya yaar subah subah tune uss khadoos ka mood bigad dya.

Sakshi pouted like a little children.

Sakshi: Aab issme meri kya galti hai. Galti to uss khadoos ki hai. Agar woh mere raste pe ake khara nehi hota na to yeh sab bhi nehi hota.

Shree ran his hand through his hair and nodded. He silently prayed.

Shree (in mind): Hey Bhagwan iss buddhi ko thoda akal de do please.

Aisha was having a hard time to control her laughter. Liza was smiling openly. Riya had a frown in her face.

Chotu put hand on Sakshi's shoulder.

Chotu: Yaar Sakshi tune hamari band bajai aab tu hi isse thik karega.

Sakshi started biting her nails.

Sakshi: Kya Chotu. Thodasa to rehem kar. Aab main kya karo. Tumlogo ko to pata hi hai mujhe dekhkar hi usske saar pe khun jama ho jata hai.

Shree: Wohsab hame nehi pata.

Sakshi made her famous puppy face.

Sakshi: Shree tu to mera mele mein bichda hua bhai hai na? Tu mere saath  aisa kaise kar sakti hai?

Shree: Baith koushish maat kar balike. Issbar tu mujhe vatka nehi sakti.

Sakshi made a face.

Liza: Kya Specky jane dona bechari ko..

Aisha: No Liza. I think she should go.

Aisha was thinking about their interaction. For the first time she noticed a naughty gleam in Arjun's eyes. If anyone can bring him back its Sakshi.

Sakshi: Dekhlya tum sabko. Jaan buch ke mujhe sher ke muh mein daal rahe hoom.

Aisha (only audible to Riya and Liza): Sher ke samne hamesha Sherni ko hi dalte hai na!

Liza looked at her with wide eyes. Aisha signaled her to keep quite.

Sakshi took another glass of chai and went to Arjun's room. Here Shree and Chotu hi5 each other.

Arjun was reading a case file when he heard a knock in the door. He had a pretty good idea who it can be.

Arjun: Come in.

Sakshi came in with tea glass in hand.

Arjun: Kamal hai. Tumne knock karna kaab sikha. Khair thoda thoda karke civil to ban rahi ho.

Sakshi's mouth got wide open. Did he just tell her that she is no civil? She slowly placed the glass in front of him and started chanting in mind.

Sakshi (in mind): Shant ho ja betu shant ho ja. Tere bhi din ayenge. Aab iss khadoos ko aur gussa maat dila.

Arjun noticed Sakshi was standing very still. He smiled in mind.

Arjun (in mind): Miss Sakshi Anand. Aapne kiyekaram ka badla chukane kelye ready ho jao. Bohot tang kar lya mujhe. Aab meri bari.

In conference room Riya was thinking about Arjun. After getting his revenge Arjun and Riya came close. Riya had feeling for him. Who knows? May be Arjun also had some feelings. But when Arjun started giving this relationship a thought Riya backed up. She always wanted a prince charming for her. She wanted to somebody's first love. She knew she will always be Arjun's second love. May be Arjun would have loved her the same way he loved Roshni. But the mere thought of being anybody's second. She couldn't bear it.

Arjun was hurt but he never let it see. For some time he thought if he is doing wrong. If he should stay alone. But what he can do? This loneliness was getting unbearable. Life was getting unbearable. So, he decided to give it another chance. And now Sakshi came. Well let's see ki inki Ram-Dulari kaise age badti hai.😉
