Dil Dhadakne Do is an upcoming Bollywood flick, directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment.

Story: The Story revolves around a imbalanced Punjabi family on a cruise trip where the film is based on. The cast and crew will be filming on cruise liner throughout Europe, specifically in the countries Turkey, Spain, Italy, France and Tunisia. Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra will play siblings.

Zoya Akhtar's next after Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara has been in the news for quite sometime

Zoya Akhtar's next after Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara has been in the news for quite sometime. The director has finally confirmed that her upcoming film has been titled Dil Dhadakne Do. The film stars Anil Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Anushka Sharma with Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra playing siblings. When contacted, Zoya confirmed the same and said,"Yes, we have confirmed the title Dil Dhadakne Do for our film. It is about a dysfunctional Punjabi family and will hit the screens on June 5, 2015. At this point, I can't reveal anything more." Her brother and actor Farhan also confirmed the film's title and release date on a microblogging site last weekend. Sources close to the project stated that Akhtar is currently in talks with a few actresses, including Madhuri Dixit - Nene and Tabu, for a role opposite Kapoor in the film. Scheduled to go on floors in May, it will be shot extensively on a cruise liner in various locations in Europe including Spain and Turkey among others.

priyanka shot a lot of scenes for MK last year aswell, so I think she is nearly finished with the movie, but I am not sure when the shooting ends.

I think first schedule of DDD will be on a cruise ship so I don't know exactly how long that's going to take, i think i read its about 90 days of shooting, but again i don't know if that's accurate.

Dont understand why they are releasing a week after Jagga Jasoos, I mean clash if they wish
otherwise UTV will enter another 2 week agreement like CE and Peekay

june 5th is the current release date, they can always change it if they need to.
