When Anvay is about to strangle Suparna in anger, Yash stops him saying not to do anything which can create problems in divorce later. Suparna is shocked and says at least Yash should try to understand her as he too was against Saachi. Yash says its true that he was against Saachi and DV marriage but he did not try to kill anyone. He says that Suparna crossed all limits and tried to kill his heir without respecting any relationship. Neena asks how could Suparna do this to Saachi despite knowing that Saachi is pregnant. Saachi overhears it and asks if she really is pregnant. Neena and DV confirm it and DV informs her that it was Suparna who changed the reports. Saachi gets scared if her baby is ok or no, but just then the doctor comes and informs that her baby is absolutely fine and safe. The family is happy and congratulates each other while Yash apologizes to Saachi, but Saachi says that she respects him and Neena as her parents. Neena asks Saachi to go and rest but she goes to Suparna's room first.
Saachi asks how Suparna could do this to her and her baby. Suparna says sorry but Saachi says how can she trust her as she had said sorry earlier too. Suparna says yes she didn't mean it at that time. But this time she means it. Saachi says its not easy to forgive her as she has gone too far in her hatred of Saachi. Suparna says that she is feeling like a dirty insect right now. She asks Saachi to forgive her and that she would leave the house. Saachi says she has always chosen the easy way but if she really is feeling sorry, then she should seek forgiveness genuinely and proove herself over time by changing herself genuinely. She says she would need to convince the family that she has truly changed and that the family can't forgive her in one day, it will take time provided she proves herself over time and for that she would need to stay on in the house and win over the family. They both hug each other.
DV asks Saachi in their room if she has any food cravings, and Saachi lists a few items and DV murmurs this is a lot and then asks Saachi to make the presentation again to show it to Dad. Saachi asks he just asked her food cravings and now asking her to make presentation. DV laughs and takes her for a drive. He stops at a dark place and Saachi is says what's here. DV gets down from the car and switches on the lights and Saachi finds herself in a place well decorated with pink and blue balloons and a table for 2 set in between. Dv then makes her sit and claps his hands and the waiter comes with all the dishes Saachi had asked for. Saachi asks how could he arrange for so many things so fast and DV confesses that mom had told him that pregnant women crave for all these things. He then serves her food and tells her that he had got all this cooked in hygenic environment so as not to harm the baby. They both have a good romantic moment together and recall their first moments together while dancing a little. A quick flashbacks runs in the background as Jee Le Zara plays on. Then fast forward happens where DV takes care of Saachi and they enjoy special baby moments together till finally DV and Saachi bring their twins home amidst a party. All Goels and Prabhus together celebrate while Anvay announce that Suparna too is expecting. They all pose for a family photograph together and the show ends.
