Hi... I wanted to know about how a person can stay healthy and fit. And, I also want to know that which healthy tips are important for a person to be healthy and fit.

every man should have to do daily exercise at least 30 Minuts
diet properly time to time

just do regular exercise 30 minutes a day and have less oily foods and become vegetarian if possible cause that's what main secrete of living long life a study show that vegetarian  lives 30% more than meat eater .
