I remember my cycle in school, the handle was high...but now all cylces come with low handle...

low handle good for the back. you can pedal faster in that position

The handle is so low...


then do it in the morning. It is not summer. Weather won't get that hot. Not for long. At least 10-15 mins. Don't lose the touch. Otherwise you'll get body pain again next weekend.

Unfortunately not possible in the morning due to Hi-Tech city Traffic and maids schedules...

Talk to your mom. She might give you some ideas on how to manage your schedule. She does like the idea of cycling, if I am not wrong. Right?? 😉

🤣 don't think about the pain. Just assume its not there and move on. 😆 As I said, you will get used to it. Rather your muscles will get used to the exercise and start enjoying the work out. 😉
