Suarez coming back from injury wont be easy for him to last full 90 mins and I hope he has a great game with Forlan Cavani n company...

Don't forget England face Costa Rica in their final group game and although the central Americans fully deserved their win over Uruguay, you wouldn't want World Cup survival to come down to facing the Italians. That makes the pressure on Uruguay, semifinalists four years ago, that much greater.

Much could depend on whether Roy Hodgson keeps the same line-up and formation or switches Wayne Rooney, still England's most dangerous player like him or loathe him, to the No. 10 slot.
