Regarding your first question... I actually don't know
It hasn't been revealed whether he was married before or not
And as to why Harshad got married late... It has also not been said.
And yes, Deesha is Falguni's and Harshad's daughter
Those two boys are their cousins...
The tall guy's(I'm not sure what his name is) parents were shown in the first 2-3 episodes..
His dad is Harshad's brother.
And I don't know about the short guy's (Prateek) parents.
And as Ishaani is not Harshad's actually daughter, Baa doesn't consider her as a proper family member and she want's Deesha to get married to Chirag.
And Falguni's first love has not been revealed...
It might be shown in the upcoming episodes...
