My favorite patriotic song is the National Anthem - feel so proud to be an Indian whenever I hear it play. 

My second favorite is Sri Rabindranath Tagore's - 

Where The Mind Is Without Fear - it reminds me of yesteryears gone by when it was played during school assembly. The lyrics are so beautiful -

and Aye mere pyare watan, aye mere bichhade chaman tujh pe dil kurbaan.

Like Des Rangeela Tangeela from Fannah too.

There's a song in movie:Border "Mere dushman, mere bhai mere humsaaye" and I just love it. Can't call it patriotic song by definition but it has such meanigful and poignant lyrics like
"Hum apne apne kheto mein gehu ki jagah, chawal ki jagah ye bandookein kyu bote hai...
Jab dono hi ki galiyon mein bhookhe bachche rote hai..." 😭😭😭
