Snakebite they must be showing to make aware of first aid for snake bite. instead of tieing a thread just before the snake bite area to prevent spreading poison DS squese it with her mouth to put her life as well in danger. May be this episode doesn't pertains to BV story but it gives awareness to people to get knowledge about the first aid methods to prevent danger level.
