Guidelines for Requester
Please give the Official Graphic-Ers time to complete your request. It could take from 2 days to a week maximum depending on how busy they are.Post your request here and the next Graphic-Er that happens to stop by here will take it. Do
not request anyone in particular UNLESS there is something you want in
particular [example: animated graphic-which not all can do]. Henceforth, one of the Graphic-Ers ONLY will be opening these Shops once this thread has reached 150 pages.Please
do not criticize a Graphic-Er's work just because you don't like it.
They took out time to complete the request for you so it's expected you
appreciate that. If
you want changes made to your banner/signature, you can either PM the
Graphic-Er that made the graphic or post here but PM them so they don't
miss your comment here.Depending on the Graphic-Er, they may or may not choose to PM you once your request is complete however, they will ALWAYS update the index below with the completed graphics so do check there regularly once you've requested. Once your banner is done and accepted by you, the request will be considered as "completed".
If you come back after somedays and ask to include new
character/characters in the same banner, it will be next to impossible
to match the coloring unless the graphic-er has the soft copy. For such
cases while requesting you need to put the graphic-er's name who dealt with your request along with the banner he/she created for you as it will be done by that particular graphic-er unless he/she is unavailable. Do not post it as a new request.Members can make one request at a time! Once his/her demand is completed then only the same member can post another request.IMP! Note For Requesters
This is to let you all know that from today onwards a banner will only be allowed to be edited once after completion. Any graphic-er whoever is taking the request will be doing minor changes here and there demanded by the requester and once that is done the request will be taken as completed. So please be specific about what effects, colours, textures, and theme you need and make sure it is easier for the graphic-er to understand.
Most importantly please provide pictures or atleast links because if you dont then it really takes time for a graphicer to search them and incorporate in the banner. However if you are not posting any pictures you cannot demand to change the pics if you dont like once the banner is done. Please remember they are doing it to help you out though it is not their priority.
In addition to the previous point not everybody here watches every serial so they might not know the names and jodi names. Please do elaborate on the soap like it's name and full name of the characters. Instead of ArShi write Arnav and Khushi from Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?
If you follow the above note it will make life easier for both.
Guidelines for Graphic-ers
Similarly one graphic-er can take one request at a time. Once he/she completes the first can take up second request and so on.However during crises where there are only one/two graphic-ers, emergency cases like if someone wants a banner urgently can take up such cases despite of having taken up a request. (Remember this is only going to be valid in special cases where availability of the graphic-ers are scare)If you have any issues with any graphic-er or requester or having problem in dealing with it, please inform the head graphic-er first. If she is unavailable contact Angel-Jot or Smilyface. instead of taking things in your hands. In case of any complains against head graphic-er contact Angel-Jot or Smilyface.In care you want to take a leave please
post a note here in this thread. Mention the duration during which you
will be unavailable. Once you are back again post a note stating you are
