Scene 1

Shreya is seen sharing a light moment with her parents. Siddharth enters and shows them the invitation card of their engagement ceremony. Shreya looks at the card and daydreams about Daya sir's name on it instead of Siddharth's. ðŸ¤¢

Scene 2

At night, we see two armed youths hiding from an angry mob after them. They manage to give them the slip and prepare to escape. One of them suggests they bury their stolen gold right there as they can't get out with it, but the other says it's not possible to retrieve it later then as the locals have identified them. They get into an argument, and in the scuffle suddenly find themselves holding the bony remains of a human arm. The mob finds them and sees a skeleton on the ground.

Scene 3

We see the CID team at the crime scene where the skeletons are being dug up, and Dr. Salunkhe and Dr. Tarika are seen examining them. They notice that the bones have been buried forming a pattern in the ground. ACP sir instructs Sachin sir and Purvi mam to search the nearby house for clues. Dr. Salunkhe says the bones are from at least two different skeletons. The locals explain that the house's owner and his family had been killed in an accident long ago while vacationing in Australia. Ever since the house was believed to be haunted as they saw shadows and heard crying and shrieking sounds from within. ACP sir points out that judging from the pelvic girdles, one of the victims was a woman. Dr. Salunkhe notes that both victims' skulls are missing; ACP sir asks two background cops to search the area for the same.  Meanwhile, inside the house, Sachin sir finds a white dress with dried blood while Purvi mam finds a tape recorder and projector. One of the BG cops comes up to ACP sir with a car key he found, though there's no car there. ACP sir wonders what all this is about.

Scene 4

In the bureau, we see our trio, Freddy sir and Shreya examining photos of the on-site buried bones. The patterns the bones form reads "Raima". Shreya wonders if this was the lady whose skeleton they found there. ACP sir says they can find more clues using the items found within the house, which have now been sent for repair. Abhijeet sir says that the key found was that of a Keezo car. ACP sir instructs them to enquire at the said car company.

Scene 5

We see Sachin sir, Kavin and Nikhil at the Keezo headquarters. (Liked how the former makes the car guy wear gloves before handling the key 😊) They find out that it was a 2009 Keezo FX model, which has been discontinued. Sachin sir asks the guy to find out if any customer requested for a duplicate of this key, and meanwhile they'll find out if any such cars have been stolen.

Scene 6

Freddy sir and Pankaj are seen assisting a techie analyzing the contents of the tape recorder and video projector they had found. It consists of some eerie sounds and footage of a ghostly figure.

Scene 7

In the bureau, trio and Shreya discuss that judging the way the ghostly figure in the footage had been filmed professionally with special effects, the killer intended more than scaring people. ACP sir instructs them to enquire at all SFX studios in the city. Freddy sir enters with Balwinder, the owner of the car whose key they had found at the bungalow. He says his car had been missing since 5th July 2011 ever since his driver took it and apparently met with an accident, and was reported in hospital with severe burns. He adds that the driver was badly traumatized and is currently in a mental ward at one State Medical Centre.

Scene 8

Abhijeet sir and others enter the forensic lab. Dr. Salunkhe informs them that the killer dissolved his victims' bodies in acid right after the murders to reduce them to bone. The male victim was 30-35 years old and about 6 feet tall. His arm/hand bones were weathered and he seemed to have been in a profession involving physical  labour. Dr. Tarika reports that the "blood" found on the white dress is fake and generally used in films and theatre. Dr. Salunkhe uses carbon dating (??) to find out that the victims had been killed about 36 or 38 months before - around 2011. (When Balwinder's car was stolen) They wonder how to catch the killer after such a long time.

Scene 9

Sachin sir and team visit a SFX studio where a guy confirms the effects in the footage were done there about 3 years ago, for some horror film which was since shelved and never completed. It was under some new production company called Magic Media Works.

Scene 10

ACP sir, Abhijeet sir, Freddy sir and others visit the mental ward where the driver Preet is being treated. The doctor mentions he has been talking about some girl's ghost since day one and nobody except Balwinder ever visited him. ACP sir starts talking kindly to Preet to win his trust. When they start asking about the day of the accident, he panicks and asks if Raima sent them. He manages to say that a man and woman had paid him to take them to that bungalow 13, before he gets hallucinations of Raima attacking him and the doctor requests them to leave. The team discusses that the people who paid Preet were likely the victims themselves, and the killer murdered them and did the ghost drama to cover their tracks. Dushyant wonders if Raima is still alive, if Preet is fearing her. ACP sir asks them to find out details about Raima.

Scene 11

Sachin sir and team enquire at the Magic Media office about the shelved film. The producer Alok gives them details of the crew members and wonders how the killer obtained a copy of the film. They're told Raima was an actress the film, and she was killed in a studio fire accident some years ago. She was originally supposed to be the lead star before another actress Smriti was selected and Raima was relegated to a supporting role, which led to an argument of her with the production team. Kavin asks for Smriti to be called; Alok says both her and the art director Viraj's phones are unreachable. Sachin sir decides to meet both of them. They are provided with Raima's photo.

Scene 12

The same team visits another production house where Smriti and Viraj had previously worked. Some crew members there mention Viraj was in great debt and has an office in Andheri. They say Smriti's career didn't work out after the canceled film and left for USA in 2011. She had, however, done some washing powder ad and her details could be obtained from her ad agency. Sachin sir decides to contact the agency for Smriti's address.

Scene 13

The same team along with Salunkhe sir visits the abandoned MJ Studio where Raima was supposedly killed in the fire years ago. Sachin sir finds the report suspicious, that the fire broke out at 2 AM when there was nothing going on in the studio, while according to studio reports it was 5 AM. Moreover, the cops working on this case were transferred 2 months after it was closed. The report also indicated the fire was so intense that even the victim's bones were burnt, which is suspicious. They search and Kavin finds the remains of a burnt gun. Upon further searching they find another skeleton, badly burned. It's a female victim as well but her height doesn't match with Raima's. Dr. Salunkhe adds that this victim was not shot but burned to death. They find a lady's hair on a door which Salunkhe sir collects for DNA testing.

Scene 14

Abhijeet sir and team arrive at Viraj's workshop and meet Viraj's assistants, who inform them that Viraj was under great pressure of his debts and vanished in July 2011. The cops discuss that Viraj either had something to do with the murders, or was a victim himself.  Abhijeet sir points out the male victim was supposed to be in a job involving physical effort, like Viraj. The assistants say Viraj had no family members. The cops find a painting Viraj had created using handprints, and take it for DNA analysis. (??? 😕)

Scene 15

ACP sir and team meets Smriti's grandmom, who says Smriti was pretty reckless and on the day she disappeared (5th July), her manager had called saying Smriti was leaving for America to shoot some ad and will return in 3-4 days.  She gets emotional and ACP sir assures her they'll find out the truth.

Scene 16

In the lab, Dr. Salunkhe tells duo that according to the saliva on the painting they analyzed, the male skeleton is indeed Viraj's, and the female victim is Smriti judging from her grandmom's DNA. The third victim was killed much before Viraj and Smriti, and the lady was addicted to smoking. The hair they found is not of this lady or Smriti. Freddy sir wonders if it belongs to Raima. Abhijeet sir says they need to find out about her somehow.

Scene 17

We see a large media team gathered outside the bureau saying the CID has successfully captured the lady causing murders at bungalow 13, Raima. Trio and the team arrives with the captured Raima who has her head covered, and ACP sir says they'll clarify everything in a press meet. Taking advantage of the crowd, Raima snatches Shreya's gun and makes her escape. The cops run after her.

Scene 18

Raima rushes into the desolate bungalow and tries to hide. A man follows her into the house - who's revealed to be the film producer, Alok. He finds and holds the fake Raima at gunpoint, demanding to know who she is. She reveals herself to be none other than our Purvi mam, and knocks down Alok with an epic kick. Alok confesses he was in love with Raima and wanted to punish Smriti for usurping her role. Raima found out Smriti was involved in drug smuggling before becoming an actress, and began blackmailing her. Smriti and her lover Viraj put a female assassin after Raima, who lured the latter to the studio. However, Alok arrived on time to save her and the killer was burned in the studio fire instead. Raima was badly injured and paralyzed in the fight. To get revenge, Alok lured Smriti and Viraj into the bungalow and scared the wits out of them using footage of Raima's ghost role before killing them. He removed their skulls to prevent the bodies being identified. ACP sir condemns Alok's decision to take the law in his hands instead of reporting those two to the authorities. He says Raima's fate will be decided by court while he'll likely be executed for the murders.

Scene 19

We see duo and the team working in the bureau when Shreya walks in and starts distributing sweets for her engagement ceremony. She tells details of the date etc. and requests them all to attend it. Duo exchange an uncomfortable moment.

THE END (or whatever)
