I think Ishita was talking to herself about the physical hotness of Raman and RKB somehow eavesdropped it. That's why she was so shy. She has realized her love for Raman and now she's getting physically attracted towards him. The way she looked at Raman with fierce attraction yesterday, it can only possible for a woman when she's madly in love with him. Though I think before confession, there will be a big dhamaka. 😆
