The teams are uneven so kelly is moved to the other group.
Mosiac: Maria, Andy, Wes and Sandy are one group and other group is
Apex: Kelly, Jen, Ivana and kevin.
The task:
Is to come up with a marketing catalog for Levis Jeans.
The teams were ver good in coming up with new ideas. They take lots of shots and Apex team does good by taking lots of butt shots to show the jeans looks good.
Another good thing Ivana comes up with is like a wheel display where they can see the jeans types and some info on that other than the catalog. Jennifer, Kevin are all modelling for the pictures and Jen looks terrific.
Mosiac Team, Maria is very aggressive and wants her thoughts at what ever cost. She even asks Wes to back off when he tries to tell her they do not have enough time. Maria and Sandy have 30 min argument because Maria also said sandy to get lost when she wanted to give her input. Andy was just watching all this and did not intervene.
Apex team won as their idea proved better and also liked by Levis president. They get to meet Billy Joel as their winner awards. They have fun their and Ivana truely like it.
Another thing what happened is when the president of Levis is asked by trump, who truely did well...he names Jen and gives her the credit. Ivana is furious as Jen gets all the credit for her ideas.
In the boardroom where Mosiac team is facing trumph this week, a total unexpected firing takes place. Since wes was not able to control his team and also do well, he was fired and Maria who was hard to work with for others is also fired because of her inability to work as a team player.
Andy is smart. He says he did not intervene because he learnt in his debate that when people are arguing their is no use jumping in and we also should listen and see if things have valid point. He gives a very smart answer.
Andy and Sandy are back to the room and Maria and Wes are fired.
