It's Diwali and everyone is enjoying. All of a sudden, Samar feels something in his eyes. They take him to the hospital and the doctors tell Ambika that her son has lost his eyes. Everyone is shocked. Tara is feeling ill so Urvashi arranges a nurse for her, Rukma. Saloni gets suspecious about her and so on the way back she sees Rukma at a PCO station. Saloni informs Bhabho and Aditi, they decide to go tell Tara. Tara accuses Saloni for doubting her jiji and to stay out of her matters. Saloni is hurt but she promises that she will expose Jiji and Rukma very soon.

Kailash comes for the Diwali puja and attends the party at the Lamba House. Raman and Kailash both are very happy and are other members of the Lamba family except Rishab. Raman refuses to drink at the party. Rishab takes him inside and there he brain washes Kailash against Raman, and succeeds. Kailash drinks a lot comes out and lashes out at Raman. Raman tells him that his drinking has again broken up their friendship. Priyanka is told by Kunal as to what happened, she goes to the farm house to find out more from Raman who is there, instead of Raman she meets Rishab who tells her to go to her Dad's house and have the kids there. She trips over the fence, falls, hits the tree. Kunal takes her to the hospital where they inform the family that she has lost her babies. Rahul decides to leave home, but Priyanka tells him that she has lost her kids but do not want to loose her relationships and they decide to go back to Lamba House after she is discharged from the hospital.

The fun fair starts and goes very well. The fancy dress competition proceeds and a number of hilarious and entertaining skits are done by the Thakkar family. Tanaaz and Baktiyaar, a famous jodi from Star One's Nach Baliye, make a guest appearance in the show. Saumil and Gattu win the Fancy Dress competition and Saumil has another fit. He is rushed to the hospital and after a lot of check ups, the doctor concludes that Saumil has less than a month to live but Baa refuses to accept that and claims that she has faith in God and that Saumil will live.

Rusty is admitted to the hospital. Dr Marwa treats her. Samay and Rusty find out that Dr Marwa's wife is Samay's biological mother, Divya Marwa. Divya refuses to have anything to do with Samay because of her family. He is very worried about Samay though and goes to see him when he gets admitted in the hospital due to an attack. Mohini vows not to let Samay and Rusty come close. Rusty tells Divya that she will not eat until Divya decides to give them her medical records for Samay's treatment.

Dhruv and Vedika are going to Pune when a young lad Kunal saves Dhruv and Krishna from a speeding lorry, in turn he dies. Dhruv goes to give this news to Kunal's old mom who has been waiting for him for the past 15 years, but cannot speak the truth, after seeing the blind mom's eagerness to be with his son. Dhruv pretends to be Kunal for her. Antariksh tries to catch Shivam with his blood report, but again fails as Niharika is too smart for him. Niharika and Shivam take Suhani along and pretend to elope from the house, which results in Antariksh accepting his crime before all family members. All are shocked to know that Antariksh killed Rudr.

Ayesha is actually Avantika who wants to avenge Anu and take her place in Nikhil's life. Amma gets to know of Ayesha's plans of killing Anu. But Ayesha pushes Amma from the stairs, Amma is injured, is paralysed, her speech gets hampered. Ayesha convinces Anu to go out of the house and deliver the kid, so that Nihkil does not see her dying. Anu goes out of the house one midnight, with the help of Ayesha. Anu takes her to a hospital, instructs doctors there to save only the kid. In the meantime, all at home starts to search for Anu, Nikhil has a conversation with god, all are praying for her. A senior doctor comes at the last moment to operate Anu,she gives birth to a baby girl,he treats Anu and she is fine. But Ayesha goes and removes Anu's oxygen mask, which leaves Anu gasping for breath.
