And the results of the elimination rounds of IF SRGMP Singing Contest was declared last week and 16 contestants were selected, who will now participate on the contest, two being eliminated each round.  The contestants are divided amongst 4 gharanas, Bandish, Sur Sangam, Alaap and Jhankar.  Join the party and cheer the singers, select the gharana of your choice and support and encourage them.

Akela : It was a case involving a woman who was accidently killed by her husband. With his wife dead, he goes to a tantrik and the tantrik puts 4 aatmas in her body to last her for a couple of days. One by one, she kills people. Ranbir comes and saves the situation.

Question for this week: Bollywood Movies or Indian Telly serials? Why?

qazplm - Surely Bollywood Movies!...They are far more exciting and entertaining in every aspect than Telly Serials.Bollywood Movies have more substance in variety,dancing,songs and is a reasonable amount of time.Telly serials thsese days do not try to compete with better storylines,on the other hand they use the same successful tracks.In short,Bollywood is growing and succeeding in every aspect while Telly Serials are moving at a slower place and becoming more repetitive.

khanrocks - Bollywood movies because they are more pouler than indian tv serials because they have films like K3G with a huge st=ar cast , vibrant locations and memorable performances that are known worldwide.

dazzlingdesi - I persoanlly perfer bollywood movies over telly serials. The reason I sya that is because in serials, the serial might start with a different unique story but after a while all the serials are the same: multiple marriages, multiple miscarriages, people dying then being alive again, and never ending rhona dhona. Bollywood films on the other hand always have different stories and each one only lasts 2 or 3 hrs in stead of 2 or 3 yrs. Plus the songs and actors and dances make it even more interesting to watch. SO for me bollywood films are always better for me than teely serials

destiny007 -  I prefer a good Bollywood Movie over any TV serial, in approx 3 hours I get to see a beginning, middle and end whereas to get any real sense out of an Indian serial you have to expose yourself to endless hours and years of torture and still no happy ending. I would take 3 hours of abhi baby or SRK any day over my fav TV star Rajeev Khandelwal
