this is a really simple snack dt i mke when i hve really strong sugar craving

a medium banana
2 tbsp of greek natuarl yoghurt
a handful of raisins


mash up the banana add a generous amount of milk to smooth the banana then microwave it for a minute add the yoghurt n the raisins mix n enjoy

itz a gr8t snack full of calcium n iron

mudi ka bheel. take puffed rice, brown it with a little oil in a pan. add salt, mirch power, dhania chutney, little sugar and some khatta meetha namkeen....its yummy! 👏

soak 8-9slices of bread in water,then by pressing them remove the extra water.take 1tbl spn oil in pan,add cumin seeds,choped onions,choped gren chilli,a pinch of turmeric powder,salt2taste,then the crushed bread slices.and saute or mix for5mins.garnish with corriender.
