Hi. I am back with another post.

A sprain is an injury to a ligament - a stretching or a tearing.
A strain is an injury to either a muscle or a tendon.

It is really common for runners to get hurt. There are ways to not sprain your muscles. Here are some questions:

1) Have you even sprained/strained a body part?
2) How much did it hurt?
3) How many times have you pulled your muslce?
4) What do you do when you pull it?
5) Ways/tips to not pull a muscle?
6) Anything else?

Thanks,

IF DEV Team.
