am realli realli stressed i am obsessed with losing weight dts all i think abt 😭 i realli want to lose weight b4 the end of june  (do u fink i can)but am finding it realli hard because as soon as i leave wrk i go hme n stuff my face continuisly n addicted 2 chocs

plzzzzzzz help plus how much pounds can u lose in a week

heyy honey!! wel.. maybe u cud jst try to control.. n nt eat choc?? n also.. u cud try yoga? or jst hit the gym? it wud definitely help u lose weight 😃

also.. u cud replace ur choc n stuff.. wit fresh fruit and veg.. eat fruits u like as well.. so tht u wnt to eat them n dnt gt craving for choc.. like apples.. or grapes?? 😃

also.. the amount of weight u lose.. depends on wt exercises ur doing.. n wt ur diet consists of 😃

chocos r ur worst enemies if u wanna loose weeight i am chocoholic but i wanna looose so i did'n eat any choco for like 2 months now whn u see chocos remember ur bros marrige and have fruits at the place u keep chocos or where u first go for food and tht time u see fruits at tht place coz whn u go home u see chocos u r hungry so u cant stop urself so keep fruits or whole wheat bread at the place u keep chocos 😳
