ahh dear its sign or Allah's name is wriiten in various signs whether its fish , seas, animals or in humans ears. Its just resembles that Allah is the Almighty and is every where.

It was supposed to be a mermaid but it is a Guitarfish, i belive that god is almighty but there's nothing special about it, it is just an ordinary Guitarfish
