A hot smooch in The Rising?

The Aamir Khan starrer The Rising is facing problems again. And now the trouble comes from the real life descendants of Mangal Pandey, the central character of The Rising.
According to a report in a leading daily, Raghunath Pandey, Yadunath Pandey and Hoda Pandey (who claim to be the heirs of the martyr Mangal Pandey) are not very happy with director Ketan Mehta as they are totally unaware of the script of the film and it would be sad if the director misrepresented things in the film and diverted from facts. They strongly feel that the director should have consulted them before making the film.
Also the film reportedly has a kissing scene to which a group called the Mangal Pandey Memorial Committee has strongly objected. They claim to sue the filmmakers if such a scene in shown in the film. Their other grouse is that the film is not being shot in Nagwa, the actual habitat of Mangal Pandey.
Meanwhile Aamir Khan has completed shooting for the film and the movie is expected for release in the first quarter of next year.
