Lets all Exercise

Hi!

How many of us actually exercise everyday? Just cuz its Ramadan or any other reason, it doesn't mean we should quit exercising. As you know you end up gaining more weight if you stop exercising.

So, lets all post what we did today that was an exercise! It can be a walk, jog, mowing the lawn... e.t.c.! 😃

So start sharing!

I didn't do much that was of good exercise except play cricket outside! 😳 😳

But will go for a walk tomorow! 😃

simple 3 exercises of the Stomach can help u shape
ur abs.

Upper ab crunches

mid ab crunches

lower ab crunches

Do it with a trainer initially

and then u can do it on ur own supporting ur legs with a wall.

I do. Exercise need not be streneous if one is busy. Just climbing, walking..... simple things like that help too. But exercising 3 to 4 times a week is good for one's wellbeing.
