Hey Suny bro. good to see your thread here. Think I can answer just one or two of your questions.
1. You should eat after doing the exercise, not right before.
2. I dunno about getting taller after getting musclesπ
3. Yes its normal to feel some discomfort under the stomach after doing push-ups. However if the pain is too much or lasts for long time, then its not normal.

Never eat before an excercise...it will make you get those stomach cramps more...π
Actually I would say instead of trying to lift heavy weights, go for excercises like swimming, a good game of tennis, TT or badminton. They not only burn the calories but gives you a satisfaction too without making you looklike a tiny lil man with big bulky muscles...swimming is the best oneπ.
Never overdo it. Stretch your limite slowly...don't try doing everything in one day.Then you end up hurting yourself and also getting those spasms or cramps. If you are using the treadmill, on the very first day dont try running at the fastest speed to the highest elevation for one hour, then you will injure yourself...moderating and planning is the key factor...π
