Playing badminton and volleyball will also help a lot......U still have 5 more active years to increase ur ht...In fact if you exercise a lot your ht will keep growing even after 20 😊

^well, loosing weight may make you feel taller, but i dont think it will actually make you taller
and 120 is normal for that height.
i think it wont help you with getting taller, but if you get taller it might make you feel thinner..so its kind of like the other way around 😆
but, if you ride a bike...it will help you loose weight and get taller..so..double advance there 😉
