Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Fine Wheat Flour (Maida)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 small sized Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup chopped and roasted Walnuts

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Mix the flour, baking soda and salt evenly in a bowl. With the mixer running, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar together until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla essence. Now add flour. When flour is fully blended mix the chips and walnuts. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. On a tray place a large ungreased cookie sheet. Now drop a spoonful of the batter on the sheet 2 inches apart.
• Bake for 10 -1 2 minutes.

- Your most embarrassing moment in life? - when i fell of a chair in my science class....everyone was basically staring at me for the next half n hour! 😳

- what came first: egg or chicken? support your answer! -  Well i believe both came first because god created everything on earth but, if a chicken came first then that means the egg came first because the chicken has to form in the egg unless it is from the heaven.

- If you could change one thing about yourself then what would it be and why? - I get angry very easily. when i get angry, i would shout at anyone without even thinking. then i regret it!!!

- When are you planning to get married? love/arrange? - marriage is a long time , i m still in grade 10

There are times when we think that we have made a mistake…we should not have carried ourselves the way we did and then we look forward to one chance to correct our "first impression".
