This is a question for admin or mods.
I have encountered someone on the forum who was banned previously for bad behaviour with forum members. Now that member has made another id with different mail address I guess.
So is it allowed on IF to have multiple ids for a single member. Haven't seen this on other forums. Please clear my doubt.
