the news might not be true, bt even if it is true kareena would never admit that, come on people no one admits to extreme dieting and most people who get really thin like kareena in tashan do extreme dieting because its impossible to look like that if you eat healthy.ive even read about so many hollywood actresses eating baby food to get thin n it worked for them so i can't see why kareena wouldn't have done something like this. as for ash in dhoom 2 i don;t think she did extreme dieting though because shes pretty tall so when she looks weight her body is stretched so its easier for her to lose less weight and yet look slim and plus she didn't look like a zero .
